Mikhail Gorbachev, who was the President of Russia, and Aleksandr Yakovlev, who was a member of the Polit Bureau and a member of the Central Secretariate of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union- both were at the same time the political agents of Britain and the CIA too. It was Gorbachev and Yakovlev, who also jointly introduced the Glasnost or the Open Window, and the Perestroika or the Unending and Continuous Transformation and Change which indeed changed the Soviet Union, split and bifurcated it into the multiple original countries back, and ended this constant threat to the world. Wasn’t it because the window was closed and the room filled with darkness during the 70 years of communist rule that the Glasnost was needed and the window had to be opened? Wasn’t it because the the changes were stopped in the paradises of personal comfort and pleasure and capitalist life that there had to be a Perestroika to continue the change? In November 1985, American President Ronald Reagan and Russian President Michail Gorbachev met in Geneva. With that, the work to dissolve the Soviet Union also started. It was dissolved on the hypnotic Christmas day of 26 December 1991.
It was Aleksandr (Nikolayevich) Yakovlev who led the Campaign of Destruction that was carried out as per directions of the CIA that resulted in the dissolution of the Soviet Union. Yakovlev, who was the platoon commander of the 9th Marine Brigade during World War II, was a person who supported Yeltsin and opposed Putin in the name of internal democracy. It was witnessing the communist government sending prisoners in trainloads to concentration camps and listening to Khrushchev's revelative secret speech in the party in 1956 after the death of the brutal Stalin (a favorite and god of people like the Kerala Marxist leader Pinarayi Vijayan!) in 1953 that transformed Yakovlev into an anti and a rebel in secret. It was his studying in 1958 at Columbia University with a Fulbright scholarship which gave him the opportunity to see American life and interact with Americans. He returned to Russia and got his doctorate too. Yet it was years later that Yakovlev sought American support. The head of the entire ideological propaganda of the Soviet Communist Party thus became a powerful opponent of what he saw, heard and experienced in Russia.
Boris Yeltsin, who succeeded Gorbachev as president, and the Belarusian leader Zianon Pazniak, who was an ally of all the Russian communists, were all agents of the CIA. Yeltsin at that time even publicly appointed CIA officers in each ministry of his country which became only Russia after the breakup of the vast Soviet Union. America's domination over the Soviet Union and the Communist Party there was thus complete and comprehensive. Thus, buying the highest leaders within the Communist Party with or without money, they destroyed a state system itself which was a threat to the Corporate Free Trade America, without even fighting a single war. These leaders had become agents for ideological rather than material reasons only for the pleasure of crushing an evil force that had crippled Russian life for seven decades, and for getting the external help for doing it.
It was based on the KGB’s allegations that he sold the results of his research on space-related radars he conducted in the Soviet Military Design Laboratory to America for billions of rubles that Adolf Tolkachev was captured by Russia supposedly along with two million rubles in the 1980s and later executed in 1986.
According to the Communist Party of the Soviet Union's (CPSU) Polit Bureau minutes of 25 September 1986, which were later released as a public document, Gorbachev who was the Soviet General Secretary is seen to be asking how many prisoners who committed state crimes, whom the western media call political prisoners, were there, and the Soviet Intelligence Service K. G. B's chief V. M. Chebrikov is seen to be answering there were such 240 imprisoned until then and the dangerous state crimes they committed were punishable by death or fifteen years in prison and that Tolkachev was executed the day before. It also means that considering the importance of Western media's allegations that this is a spy story concocted by the KGB the Politburo met the very next day after the assassination of Tolkachev! In 1992, the 10,000-page transcripts of the trial of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union by the Free Russian Federation for crimes against the people and humanity were first published in Russian and later in international languages. It and its microfilmed copies are kept in many archives around the world. Among them belong the Polit Bureau documents dated 25 September 1986.
Considering that the leaders of the Soviet Communist Party acted against the principles of the Communist Party that they will not associate themselves with fascists, through the Ribbentrop-Molotov Secret Pact agreement they made with the Nazi Germany in 1939, to be exact, when the Second World War started in August 1939, an agreement which lasted ten years upto till the Tokyo-Nuremberg War Tribunals and Trials of 1945-48 were over by the August of 1949 and the war ended completely, agreeing that neither of them will join forces with the enemies of the other and that Europe including Poland, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia could be mutually shared, it is no wonder that they joined forces with the American CIA later. Their blood is like that- not only inside Russia but also abroad including in India.
It was right after this agreement that, on 1 September 1939, Germany attacked and conquered Poland for Stalin's Russia. This was an agreement that was approved by the Soviet Polit Bureau. It was signed by Joachim von Ribbentrop for Germany and Vyacheslav Molotov for Russia. It was under this agreement that in April-May 1940, twenty-two thousand Polish military officers were rounded up and executed en masse by the Soviet secret police in Katyn, and between 30,000 and 2.5 million people were killed and buried between 1939 and 1941 in the mass grave in Kurapati outside Minsk found by the aforementioned Belarusian political leader Zianon Pazniak in 1988. How many such things must have happened as joint Communist-Fascist actions that have come out and not yet have come out! It was for making public for the first time this Ribbantrop-Molotov Pact, which had been kept secret until then, that Adolf (Georgeevich) Tolkachev, by putting two million rubles on the spot by the secret police (Not dollars, but rubles that no one believes! Instead of the spy receiving the remuneration in dollars and leaving the country and living and spending it lavishly abroad, if he asked and received it in rubles, does anyone believe that the Communist-Fascist Government of the Soviet Union would have allowed him to live and spend it comfortably in Russia?), was caught as a spy and arrested and killed. As told by the western media, it indeed was a story concocted by the KGB.
In the 1990s, the former U. S. Ambassador to India, Senator Patrick Moynihan, was the man who kept saying that the Cold War with the Soviet Union was over, that the CIA was no longer needed, and that it should be disbanded. He said, it was because there were no more secrets and everything was public that there was no need for the CIA anymore. Not only that, he also introduced a bill to the US Congress in January 1995 to wipe out the CIA. CIA was born in 1947, in the same year as India gained independence. Its primary goals were to gather the necessary intelligence in the field to prevent an attack like the bombing of Pearl Harbor in the United States by Japan in future, to prevent the Soviet Union model from spreading to more countries, and to stop the Soviet development, and to attack those countries in the Soviet Bloc if necessary. Even after the collapse of the Soviet Union, those goals continue to this day. In 2022, when Russia invaded and occupied Ukraine, everyone realized that CIA had survived for good- more than 27 years after the Moynihan attack on it!
In America, where only the Federal Bureau of Investigation has the sole jurisdiction for interference in the internal affairs, and the CIA without that, has the sole permission to operate in foreign countries, With the 11 September 2001 terrorist attacks on the Twin Towers in New York, the CIA turned from the Cold War (only ostensibly!) to terrorism and terrorists. It then turned to the Russian threat through interfering in America’s Iraq war with Saddam Hussein from 2003 to 2011 and then again to the Russian threat when Ukraine fell with the invasion in 2022 by Russia.
It was Donald Trump's efforts to help in return and support in all matters the Russian President Vladimir Putin, who helped him in the presidential election in 2016 by breaking all the rules and protocols like the BJP Prime Minister Narendra Modi in India also did, that resulted in Russia's later attack on Ukraine, mistaking it for American support. If it was not for the support and help of two other unprincipled and anti-Muslim religious fundamentalists like him Donald- Trump and Narendra Modi-, Putin would not have dared to attack Ukraine. Narendra Modi financed Putin's attack on Ukraine by buying Russia's oil, which everyone stopped buying due to the embargo, and paid the money in the form of Rupees. Trump would have done the same if he hadn't been defated in the presidential election by Joe Biden and left office.
After the end of the Vietnam War, CIA, which was under the stiff control of the American Congress, was unleashed by Ronald Reagan, an old cowboy action movie star who was president from 1981 to 1989. The Reagan's policy that nothing should stand in the way of the hegemonial American supremacy and security gave power and freedom again to CIA. The appointment of William Casey (Bill), a World War II intelligence officer, as Director also helped. It was during this period that by bombing its ports and airdropping weapons to and training the Contras, the right-wing guerrillas from 1981 to 1988 the Nicaragua's left-wing Sandinista government was destroyed. Although the US Congress stood against all this and often cut the funds, it did a lot of inroads, a lot of extreme acts, at that time.
Defense Secretary Casper Weinberger and CIA's Russia expert Bob Gates (who later became CIA’s chief in 1991-93) worked together with them to take an uncompromising stance against Russia and its allies and worked as a team. It was that hard work that eventually led to the strengthening of Solidarity the trade union of Walesa in Poland which was a satellite state of the Soviet Union, the separation of Poland from the Communist Bloc and its declaration of democratic independence in 1989, Walesa’s ending the communist rule and him to the presidency of democratic Poland from 1990 to 1995. It was their moves that led to the Space Satellite Deployment Missile Mega Defense Project called Star Wars and resulted in the creation of many famous films in that category. Russia, which they were sure, would compete with them, fell into this trap and destroyed itself by depleting its non-existent wealth, and communism ended there just as they had planned. No matter how the world sees it, it was an enviable period of brilliant movements in the history of intelligence. All this happened when a hero of action films was the president of the United States!
When the officials in the highest committees of the party themselves become spies, there is the convenience of paying only at one place, position. When money is given at many levels and in many places, the best investigative agencies can trace it by looking at the various money trails of its disbursement and receipt. With just one person and in one place, because it's more secure, it’s more difficult and mostly impossible to be followed and detected. When the highest and the elite ones are made spies, there is also the convenience and effectiveness that if it needs a change in party policy or approaches to implement the instructions given to the spies, then they will use their power in the party to do so themselves. To give an example, Prakash Karat and Pinarayi Vijayan, who are the biggest BJP allies in India in the Marxist Party, were given a proposal that they should do the necessary works in their party for the BJP to stay in power! When the election comes, they needn’t give a specific direction to the Marxist party workers and members in their class mass organizations that they should vote for the BJP- only a policy change in the party that the maximum distance should be maintained with Congress is enough. That is what they did. Thus they needn’t even give a reason to vote for BJP.
Suppose a proposal was sent to them that they themselves should take money as agents of the CIA and mark the end of the Marxist Party in India! That is what they are executing now in Kerala as similarly as their top leaders were instructed to do in West Bengal and Tripura. Gone are the days of the CIA giving money to the Congress to destroy communism! Not since 1967 have they given money to the Indian National Congress to destroy communism in India- they give it directly to the communists themselves now. Does anyone think they stopped the destruction of communism all over the world and are sitting silent and still? It is now to communist leaders that they give all that money. And they are doing that job very efficiently. In India, in West Bengal and Tripura, that work has been done; it will be complete when it happens in Kerala too. If they are getting double money from CIA and BJP for doing the same work, if CIA and BJP have no complaint, then what complaint do we have?
In this way, to destroy communism thus, the CIA now captures only the General Secretaries, Polit Bureau members and the Central Secretariate members of the Communist Parties. As they are not the founding practitioners of this theory like Marx, Lenin and Mao, they have neither the conscience nor the hesitation to destroy it.
