Children sleep leaning on their mothers' bodies lying on the streets without even a single meal, the Prime Minister's friends like the Adanis stealing into and squandering the national wealth and pretending to be the richest men in the world by showing off through frauds in the stock market and now standing with horns broken, the Chief Ministers and the Governors of even the small states like Kerala are lying there hugging and kissing each other, squandering public money! The people know full well that there has been no governance in India for a long time, and that what there is only holding the throne and embezzling money. Whose Republic is this, and whose Republic Day?

It is upsetting to see the same anti-republican forces that are setting up a Hindu nationalist state over India's democratic secular republic by subverting it celebrating the country’s Republic Day. The people feel utter contempt when they see the judiciary, parliament, and legislative assemblies standing idly by, speechless and numb, without tongue and nose and voice, while the whole world stands watching.

Their question is, if the Supreme Court of India has ruled that Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party BJP played no role in the Gujarat riots, that no women community were subjected to gang rapes and subsequent murders, and that there is no evidence for it, then what right the world has to write a verdict that he is a genocider, lining up evidence they collected in their own investigations. The question from the other side is, what position and standing does the Indian judiciary have in the world judiciary as a judiciary, which completely acquits all those who were proven in their crimes with evidence and victims’ and witnesses’ statements, which sets free anyone set out to set up the Hindu Rashtra, for facilitating them to continue trying to establish the Hindu Rashtra. So tell us: whose Republic is this- ours or theirs?
