When it is election time and they came to know that the pseudo-Marxist Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his party would lose the State Legislative Assembly Elections in April 2026, exactly repeating their utter shameful defeat in the 2025 December local body elections, Facebook-Kerala started getting sick and started deleting the opposition accounts. They are removing all these accounts saying that they violated their community guidelines, but they cannot even say which community guidelines they violated, because opposition activities are legal in the country of India and all these accounts were legitimate. How can they say any community guidelines were violated when none were? Or can they say they are taking money from the Kerala Marxist Party and the State Administration and fulfilling their political need at the time of the elections?
This is not the first time that Facebook-Kerala has caught this disease. They did this in the last elections in 2021 too which brought back the Marxist government to power even in the most adverse and infamous political conditions. This is Facebook-Kerala illegally interfering in the election process in Kerala. They are doing this for the heavy bribes some of them get from the Marxist government. They are arrogantly bypassing and challenging the freedom of expression and protection of fundamental rights allowed by the Constitution of India, for the Central Hindu-oriented BJP government’s bed-sharing concubine the Marxist government of Kerala, using their influence abroad. Even while they claim that they are the protectors of those rights in the entire world outside India, this is the situation in India as far as this social media is concerned, especially in Kerala, when it is an election time when this particular government would change.
The reason for this is not only the bribes paid by the Marxist government. Another reason is that this government has made a large part of the government transactions in Kerala through their, i.e., Facebook’s and Meta’s, WhatsApp. Those documents now made completely available, they (both of them) as usual are selling the entire data to those who need them. Even if the Marxist government and the party had not paid them any bribes, this is still profitable for Facebook-Kerala: it is a huge archive of government documents that is available to them to do anything at will. Does any government manual state that government documents- both those given to the public and those received from the public- will be stored, accessed and used not on paper but on WhatsApp or any other digital database? How many other states do this in India?
This is the biggest corruption committed by the Marxist government of Kerala joining with Facebook-Kerala that no one has brought out. When you read the great and incessant flow of bank account information, home addresses, PAN card information and the Aadhaar card information that citizens provide to this government through WhatsApp for various purposes, along with the increasing online frauds in Kerala, isn’t it clear how they are originating and from where? Shouldn't people understand that they, who while sitting in government do everything from gold smuggling through foreign embassies to gold looting even from the famous Sabarimala temple, will do this?
Many are preparing to file complaints with the Election Commission and the courts, considering this as an election crime which it is. Anyone who has been a victim of this can do so, including public figures.
