If it is asked whether there is equality between men and women in the country, today's Indian democracy is busy preparing a list of religious institutions that should be excluded from it! Even the Supreme Court, which heard the case and delivered its verdict that gender equality assured in the Constitution should be ensured in the Sabarimala Temple in Kerala as well, does not have a firm stand on it- it wanted to extend the old status quo of not admitting women for another seven years and now considers a review petition which it promised! They are holding long discussions on whether the democratic laws that are written down in documents as laid down in the Constitution or the religious laws that exist as unwritten customs have the upper hand in the country; with the BJP ruling, which is building a Hindu nation based on superstitions and bad customs, having gone down that path, there is no courage left in them to stand in the democratic camp as before and decide on one of the two.

This is not just a wavering in the Indian judiciary alone, it is also the same in the political administration and governance arena. Even when they pretend to lead the world, even when they sit on podiums as chairmen and preside over various international conferences, even when they scorn Iran and Syria for being religiously hostile, they have no idea of ​​the various progressive ideas and the ideals of gender equality that exist in the world, through which the world is passes through. In a temple like Sabarimala, which is hailed as a symbol of universal humanity, where since when the wild gorillas of the ruling elite of the royal palaces seized control of it from the forest virgins and then, fearing the counterattack of female suicide warriors and primitive female guerrillas banned the entry of all able-bodied women in the menstruating age group of 10 to 60 there, the Indian political scene, even after eight decades of the country having become independent, still does not have the strength, does not have the freedom, and does not have the national consciousness, to take a rational stand that the ban on women entering there should be lifted. When a young woman is already sitting there very next to Ayyappa, what does it matter if other woman are allowed entry? What kind of mockery are these narrow-minded male chauvinistic devotee clowns and political parties creating in the name of Sabarimala, which means the Mountains of Sabari?

When a case came up that they should be admitted, the BJP's own central government, which is obsessed with superstition, took a stand that they should not be admitted, and the Marxist government in Kerala, which had given an affidavit then that they should be admitted, confessed that it was wrong and is now trying to back down from it. The Bharatiya Janata Party ruling at the Centre, which has declared that India will be saved only when Marxism ends, and the Marxist Party ruling in Kerala, which preaches that India will be saved only when the BJP ends, are united and in the same place in protecting the Hindu superstition of not allowing women to enter Sabarimala. Is gender equality, the core of democracy, or the votes that can be obtained from religious Hindu stout stubborn violent presumptuous insolent self-willed extremists in elections more important to them?

Even the main opposition party in the country, the Congress, has backed away from its then progressive stance of allowing women into not only this temple but to all temples, churches and mosques. Where else but in public institutions like this should gender equality be implemented first? Isn’t it only after that, in such a rotten society, would it come to homes? If the first comes, won't the second come by itself?

Matriarchy and patriarchy are social systems that repeat themselves once in about ten thousand years. Some think that it occurs once in five thousand years. Whichever of the two exists, it will control, limit, and take away the rights of the other. In society, in the home, and in the nation, everything will be governed by its rules, its laws, when either of them is in force. Now, in our time, in our society, the last matriarchy has ended and it is patriarchy before the next matriarchy comes.

The ones who act with extreme superstitions on issues like Sabarimala are the fools who think that many of the existing social orders are permanent. To give an example, they think that the transfer of property from father to son is permanent, has always been so, but earlier, property was transferred from mother to daughter, and the mother was the sole owner of all properties. Today, even the transfer of property from father to son did not exist in Kerala some time ago- property was transferred to the descendants, i.e. the nephews, whether it was the father's or the mother's. There are so many areas and even states in India where women now control the society! In Meghalaya, it is the girls who sit on the roadside culverts at night, not boys- you don't even see them there at that time. There it is the women who always carry a bag in their hand and manage the finances.

In almost all the temples in India, after the cessation of human sacrifice, in its place instead, animal sacrifices were performed. Can this gruesome practice, which made these temples blood-stained, continue today, can it even be said that it should continue? Animal protection laws came in and, even symbolically, the head of even a chicken could not be slaughtered in temples under the name of Guruthi. There was a frightening custom that if the husband died, the wife had to jump into the pyre and die, and widows who were not willing to jump were forcefully lifted up and thrown into the fire by the males. The educated society in India under the British accepted that it was a ghastly custom and an incitement to murder, and finally banned it. Similarly, with the advent of gender equality, the evil custom of not allowing women into the Sabarimala temple is also certain to be one among the remaining those to go away. What would happen to a man who tore off a woman's blouse on the street, saying that it was a violation of custom, as there was a rule by men who were beauty worshippers that women should not cover their breasts?

One thing that those who argue that women between the ages of ten and fifty should not enter Sabarimala should always remember is that although people of various religions are allowed to enter, it is fundamentally a Hindu temple, and that this ban is one of the things that remains to be stopped among Hindu customs for Hinduism to be sanitized. It is these kinds of people who have always prevented the renaissance in Hinduism. The very faces that are seen rising up in support of this ban are the very faces of the anti-renaissance people in Hinduism; there is not a single progressive among those faces. While efforts are being made within this religion for purification, there has also been a tendency to go outside of it, and without stopping there establish new religions. Thus formed were Sikhism and Jainism.

These prohibitionists should remember that the most world-famous Indian Temple is not Sabarimala Temple, but the Golden Temple in Amritsar, Punjab, which was created by the Sikhs who separated from Hinduism after protesting unsuccessfully for purification in it. It is a temple where people of any religion, male or female, of any age, are allowed to enter at any time and are provided with excellent food absolutely free of charge at any time. There is only one condition: do not wear shoes and always wear a headscarf that is provided free of charge from there! That is why the world is laughing at their stipulation that young women of healthy age should not enter Sabarimala and the Supreme Court is taking it as a big issue and discussing it. Over the past century and a half, many famous detective novels have been written that have made the world sit up and think. From the hundreds of stories and novels of Sir. Arthur Conan Doyle, the creator of Sherlock Holmes, to the hundred and fifty novels of E. Stanley Gardner, the creator of the Perry Mason, who created amazing thrills in criminal courtrooms, to the equal number of novels of James Hadley Chase, the master of many characters who created logical stories of every kind of crime and murder imaginable, and to the writings of many others in modern times, they have been written in thousands. Most of these are textbooks in criminal jurisprudence, forensics, legal medicine and criminal investigation at law and police academies and universities around the world. All the top investigators in agencies around the world, from Interpol to the FBI, are their readers or have studied them and adopted their ideas. However, they do not constitute even one percent of their readers and students. That ninety-nine percent are ordinary people in all countries of the world. It is these books that have taught them what crime is, what criminal investigation is, what the pitfalls in it are, where the evidence is and how it is hidden. What meant by this is that the knowledge and methods of criminal investigation are not the monopoly of crime investigators.

What they all taught us was that there was no new crime, everything was repetition of some old crime, that a person who shoots himself does not shoot himself in the heart, but in the head, and that it is the person standing on the other side always the one who shoots him in the chest! In many of these cases, the victim's own gun was skillfully stolen and used, which made the investigation difficult. The reason for mentioning this here is that C J Roy, a Malayali businessman, the owner and chairman of the Confident Real Estate Developers’ Group, which had built a business based in Bangalore within a quarter century, with real estate and housing projects spanning Kerala and Karnataka and even abroad, was found shot dead at his corporate headquarters in Bangalore shortly after returning from abroad, after being summoned by the Income Tax authorities during a raid. Not all suicides that are being propagated as suicides were suicides.

One noted thing is, of the nearly 24000 homes he built and sold, none of the owners have ever made a complaint. The Central Economic Intelligence Bureau, the Enforcement Directorate and the Income Tax Department have been investigating him for long. He was accepting behind-the-counter- deposits from private persons without accepting loans from banks and running his business on a zero-debt basis. It was easy to collapse his business for politicians in authority, especially for those in the Bharatiya Janata Party which is ruling at the centre, to unleash all these investigating agencies simultaneously, such that the secret depositors would call their deposits back, creating something like a bank-run which is the fear of all financiers. Moreover, due to freezing of bank accounts by these agencies, what money available there was couldn’t be taken out. One pistol shot, made either by himself or by another, became the solution.

The Income Tax Department, which was present there at the time of the incident and is now being accused by the relatives, and the Bangalore Police, which is investigating the crime from the CCTV footage captured from there, say that there was no raid there that day, that there were only steps to retrieve some documents from a room that they had sealed earlier, and that if this was a suicide, then nothing was done by them to put him under pressure to commit it. Was the killer one of the Income Tax Department officials? Or was he disguised as one among them? Isn't that a possibility? Isn't that more likely?

(The following, written on the same day, was not published then, due to the information that a supposed suicide note of this businessman came out in the form a diary. Anyway it is published now).

When a raid is going on in an office building complex, like the ones the Income Tax Department of the Central Government do, which has been going on there for a long time, and everything from the records in the victim's hands to phones and guns, if guns are there, is confiscated, and no one from outside is allowed to enter there, if this is a murder, doesn't it mean that the murderer was among them, and aren't they the first suspect? If they have phones and guns in their persons, did anyone there seize them? Even if the victim's gun was not in his possession at that time, couldn't it have been seized in a raid conducted earlier with this intent and been in their possession? Apart from his office staff who were under their surveillance and control at that time, who else was there at the time of the incident? As the police interpreted and told the public, if there was no raid that day there that would have forced him to shoot himself, if they had summoned him from abroad to ensure his presence at 2 pm in the sealed room while extracting the documents, then why did they go there at as early as 6 am, and in preparation for what? While they had blocked all communications, who else knew that he would be there at two o'clock except those who had summoned him? If anyone knew that, then who would enter there from outside when everyone was banned from outside except those who were there? Whether this was a suicide or not, it was their need or the need of external forces working through them, and they made it happen. Shouldn't it be the first to be investigated?

When someone says that one locked a room, shot oneself inside, and then sat down on a chair, or that the gunshots coming through the soundproof walls were heard by others and they kicked the door open and discovered him, the unnaturalness and artificiality of it is clear from that itself. The fact that he locked the room, others heard the gunshots, and kicked the door open and found him are just mere statements, of people who, where the successors or heirs and the control of a business worth billions of rupees is considered, are just interested parties. It was similar false statements that also were exposed by their authors in the aforementioned classics. Doyle has even written about a crime committed by inserting a trained Alunku (Pangolin- small insectivorous mammal in the order Pholidota with large keratinous scales covering it's body; trained monkeys also can be effectively used) through a grill in a locked room and solved the puzzle of the locked room.. The fact that he was alive when he was found and that he was taken to a hospital far away instead of the nearest one also raises many doubts about many people.

There is also a rumor that he was secretly receiving and managing the black money obtained through corruption from many politicians and leaders as secret deposits, and that he may have been killed because they felt that if it came out in this series of raids said to have been instigated at the request of foreign countries like the UAE where he had made investments, their future would be in danger. And that rumor is not a small one either- these secret deposits very nearly came to light. Even if the money was not returned, when the information about these secret deposits were very close to coming out, it is also a need of theirs that such a suicide which sealed his lips forever should take place as a security for them. In that case, those in the investigation agencies may be their representatives or they may have planted their representatives among them from outside. Those who go and take part directly in investigations are just foot soldiers anyway!

In any case, when a central government investigation is going on somewhere and the victim supposedly goes to another room, takes a gun and shoots himself, that investigation agency is entirely responsible for it. That is why investigation protocols are put in place to prevent such incidents. If they are to be overcome, there must be an external influence. They should not merely explain, but should be held responsible. What a person writes in a diary as his thoughts on any possible event of suicide that he may or may not commit someday if need be or not, he does not have to carry out himself.

The fact that Israeli soldiers have reached Gaza City, their immediately neighboring Palestinian territory, means that the Gaza terrorists, who have been hiding and firing missiles at them for so long, will no longer be able to fire missiles directly at them (except at faraway Israel if they have time to catch their breath in the meantime!). How can they fire missiles at the enemy who is standing just nearby without killing their own people, without dying at the hands of their own people? What they use for close encounters will have to be revolvers and grenades. In fact, even grenades will not be enough to meet such skilled and deceiving enemies as Israelites. These fanatics, who do not either have the courage to face the enemy head-on, will find even revolvers insufficient.

If they use missiles against the enemy as before, in this new situation of the Israelis having reached the Palestinian soil, the terrorists who are the government and who rule there will have to kill their own people of Gaza. It is not that they are not won’t to do it but they are afraid that the rebelling people of Gaza will turn en-mass against them, join Israel, (which is what Israel says and promises!) and will see it like India once liberating Bangladesh from the Muslim-majority country of Pakistan, and the terrorists will never be able to come back up from their tunnels. When their four-month rations there run out, they will have to survive by eating missiles and swallowing bullets. The tunnel entrances to the outside will be completely overrun, blockaded and defended by the people, and ultimately their end will come right there, inside the tunnels.

So, what H. G. Wells wrote in his famous novel The Time Machine, that the class struggle on earth has progressed in such a way that one group of people lives underground and another above the earth, fighting each other, occasionally ceasing fire and making temporary truces, will literally come true.

All those who have studied military strategy, know that victory or defeat, not only in modern times but also in ancient times, is determined whether by lying down in tunnels and fighting upwards or standing up and fighting downwards, because if the ones standing up is in danger, they can run away anywhere to escape. But what about the ones lying down in the tunnels and fighting, what will they do? Where else will they run but upwards, into the people and enemies? Also what changes might have occured on the upper as time passes by after them going down from the upper part, especially when the upper part is now under the control of the enemy?

It was on the assumption, and assurance, that Iran, Russia, China, Turkey, and Pakistan would all intervene and that Israel would not reach Gaza that the Gaza terrorists invaded Israel and carried out murders and kidnappings at the behest of Iran and Russia. But despite the opposition of a hundred countries, Israel did reach the top of the terrorists' tunnels in Gaza. The Israeli soldiers' assurance was that even the world's terrorists would not like one to be dropped on Tehran, Iran, like those ones dropped on Nagasaki and Hiroshima in Japan, because with the fall of Iran that way, world terrorism would cease, and China and Russia, which had helped them so far, would all be shut down before them.

The Israeli people are fighting so fiercely in the belief that all but four of their 240 captives who were taken by the Gaza terrorists are dead. They returned four is a fact. The fact is that they were willing to return only four. Israel does what they would do if someone killed their 240 captives, and that is why Israel has world support. That is why Israel says that if all 240 are returned without a single person missing or injured, they will hold off on firing for a while, but they will not stop firing. How can they return those who are not there? Let's not forget that even a month after the war began, the Gaza terrorists have not been able to release a single video as proof that they are alive and safe in their hands.

The overwhelming support that the Gaza terrorists who came to power through elections in Palestine-Gaza in 2005 and have remained in power without ever holding elections since then, and have invaded and attacked powerful foreign nations like Israel, putting not only the people of Gaza but also the entire Palestinian people in such great danger, are receiving in many parts of India, especially in Kerala, has astounded the world. Their getting this support not only from the Marxist party, which has no democratic concept, but also from the Muslim League, which has democratic concepts, and even from the Indian National Congress, which led a freedom struggle gained independence for India, established democracy in the country and has ruled the country for many years, is illogical except in the case of the Marxist party who presently rules Kerala. The reason for their this lack of worldly awareness is that the Indian people, who are busy with other sustenance-earning works, generally do not have the political awareness to know and differentiate between who the Palestinian people are and what the Gaza terrorists are, and the time to do so, and along with that, some political factions’ greed to agitate a few Muslims who do not have education and proper religious fervor, and secure their votes in the elections.

The Palestinian people are a nation that has not provided any economic, military, scientific or cultural cooperation or assistance to India, except for the fact that they cooperated with Prime Minister Indira Gandhi in the leadership of the Non-Aligned Countries Movement when the Palestine Liberation Organization and Yasser Arafat existed. Not a single one of that nation has ever lived in India or Kerala. It is doubtful whether any Indian has ever met a Palestinian in person. On the other hand, the Israeli people are a nation that has cooperated with India economically, militarily, scientifically and culturally since the time that nation was formed. Their help was useful to Indians during the attacks by China and Pakistan. Many of them, while living in Kerala and India, have made a name for themselves in the public and commercial circles there, including in Kerala, like S. Coder and Spencer! There are even Jewish streets and synagogues in Mattancherry and Cochin in Kerala. Therefore, this lack of international consciousness on the part of the Marxist party, the Muslim League and the Congress, in pushing out the Jewish people from people’s minds and supporting Arab Muslims, is suspicious. As far as the Marxist party is concerned, we can understand that all the black money investments and illegal businesses of its top leadership, including those in Kerala, are in the Arab and Muslim countries. But what about the Congress, why did they do it?
