After Narendra Modi and BJP split Jammu and Kashmir and carved two Union Territories out of it where as the union ministry, subverting people’s representation and democracy, they would have direct and supreme control, the BJP was defeated in the District Council Elections held there for the first time- because electronic voting machines could not be used and ballot papers had to be used. The Gupkar Alliance formed on 4 August 2019 by the former Chief Minister and National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah after the bifurcation, who contested the election saying that he would restore the special status of Jammu & Kashmir before it was cut off, won with an astounding and overwhelming majority.

Out of a total of 178 seats, where the BJP won 74 seats the Gupkar Alliance won 110 seats. While the BJP won 71 seats in the Hindu-dominant region of Jammu, it got only 3 seats in the Muslim-dominant region of Kashmir. Elections had to be held in 8 phases over 25 days, as explained by the BJP and the Election Commission, due to the possibility of severe clashes. The Gupkar Alliance (The People's Alliance for Gupkar Declaration) is an alliance of opposition parties to restore Article 370 of the Constitution, which was abrogated by the BJP's central government and their parliament- not the alliance of all the opposition parties in India, but the alliance of the parties of Jammu and Kashmir who have come together declaring that the special status of Kashmir as was guaranteed in the Constitution will be restored.

This election would have been rigged or overturned if it had been electronic voting machines used, but because of ballot papers it could not be. As per current estimates the BJP will not get even 50 seats out of 574 in the parliament elections if elections throughout India were conducted using ballot papers. And here is the Election Commission's deception and fraud towards the country.

The reason for talking about Kashmir here is that it is in these elections in Kashmir that in recent years the people of India have been as much alert and active as how much they should be alert and wake up and act in an election, and there existed a reason, a cause and conditions such volatile, that it was an election that was fitting for assessing the overall situation in the bifurcated states and the country. The issue of the ballot paper was specifically mentioned here because the ballot paper is the only thing that is going to sustain democracy in India, as proved in these elections.

The reason for talking about the Election Commission here is that it is the Election Commission, like a cheat, that with an objectionable sense of compulsion, with an obnoxious insistence, held and carried out a belief which none of the people shares, that if ballot paper is used for elections India will be destroyed, and even threatening people that if they oppose, debase or campaign against the Commission’s electronic voting machines they would be sued and charged with cases and arrested and imprisoned, and thus waging a war against ballot papers for electronic voting machines, skillfully and capriciously led India to a Hindu rule and dominance of BJP, Theocratic Corporatism and Reliance.

Just as democracy has four pillars namely Executive, Legislature, Judiciary and Media, one of the pillars of Hindu Rashtra has been proved to be Electronic Voting Machines. Many other pillars will show up. It is already plain that religious Corporatocracy is one of them. What did the Supreme Court say when there appeared a complaint that the appointment of election commissioners was not regular- wasn’t it that the election was imminent and that there was no time to discuss and check such things? Even when there was a complaint that the votes on the VVPAT paper slips should be counted along with votes on the electronic voting machines, what did the Supreme Court say? Wasn’t it that the elections were so close and that there was not enough time to consider and examine such things? When there was enough time to consider and examine everything and anything and a demand came that ballot paper should be reinstated and electronic voting machines removed, wasn’t it what the Supreme Court said that it was impossible and out of question? The message is clear and people understand that nothing shall be permitted that push the BJP out, and nothing shall hinder Hindu Rashtra!

The pillars of the Hindu Rashtra of the Theo-political party BJP, corporations Reliance and Adani and the Hindu militant organization Rashtreeya Svayam Sevak Samgh will be very different from those of democracy. There will be no Executive, Legislature, Judiciary or Media in it. Hindu Rashtra is a completely different thing with no resemblance to democracy or anything at all. It lived thousands of years before democracy was born and breathed the rarified and more carbonated air of that era and lived. If a pre-Cambrian organism were to be formed from a single DNA particle preserved in its fossilized bones, would it be able to tolerate today's atmosphere? Is it not the atmosphere of that age that is instilled in its DNA? Will it change its body to suit the new atmosphere or change the atmosphere to suit and be compatible with its body? We will be told for a while till the Hindu Nation emerges in full that the Hindu Rashtra version of the state and of administration will be exactly like democracy and will have the same four pillars of democracy but with minor changes. When Hindu Rashtra comes into being in full regalia it will have quite new things inside- something completely different from democracy, like those electronic voting machines which democracy did not have.

Today, the Hindu-activist Bharayiya Janata Party BJP and the Election Commission of India are the only protectors of electronic voting machines in India. It is such a shameless war that these two have been waging against the world to retain it and BJP's rule in India. The nation is waiting to see if the judiciary will also join this run. They are even afraid to conduct a national referendum to see if these machines have the support of the people of India apart from these two! What is their right and ambition over those of the people?

When the world boycotts it and stops using it, they do not let go of it and hug it like a concubine, because turning away from history they have realized how useful it is for the instigation of a corporate rule in India like the erstwhile East India Company which ruled India even ruling over and controlling the British Government which controlled more and far powerful countries than the modern India, and for the formation of a pure Hindu Nation by toppling and overthrowing the secular republican democratic constitution of India. They have proved it before the world and before the people of India. After the electronic voting machines removing ballot papers from India, did anything else come up except the formation of Hindu Rashtra and corporate governance?

With one part of one lakh volume of paper used by BJP for printing its election posters, all the ballot paper for India could be printed. That's why the BJP’s and the Election Commission’s reiteration that they want ballot paper to be removed and electronic voting machines retained to protect the forests which are the source of wood which is the raw material for making the paper to print ballot papers and to avoid paper pollution only denotes the story of the secret marriage between the two. Considering India is the largest democracy in the world and where the greatest number of people votes in an election, when the lifespan of the millions of electronic voting machines that are manufactured every year expires- which is no more than two elections!- is it not a mountain of electronic waste going to reach the whole country? Is it reusable? Is there recycling? Which is more irreversibly polluting- the electronic voting machines or the ballot paper? Which needs the spending of precious foreign money reserves for importing expensive components? The Election Commission is floundering Hindu Rashtra without answer to any of these!

Then there remains only the cost of conducting the election through ballot paper and the time to count it. How many weeks did the Election Commission drag out the election period from 2024 April 19 to June 4 for facilitating the BJP Prime Minister and Reliance Representative Narendra Modi to campaign everywhere in India? Then why speak of the time for counting all these ballot papers? Isn't it the cost that then remains? How many lakh ballot papers can be printed at the cost of a single electronic voting machine? Will someone look at the cost of setting up a government that will have the authority to take lakhs of crores of rupees from the public purse and spend it?

What difference is there between the head-broken Kerala State Loka Ayukta and the Central Election Commission? Aren't both reflecting the opinions and wishes of those who subjugated them and backing them by ignoring some of the existing laws without fully understanding any laws and only pointing out a few others of the existing laws?

If it was Pinarayi Vijayan who broke the first one in Kerala, was it not his political partner Narendra Modi who broke second one at the Centre? Weren’t both for being in power and not get caught in corruption? Were both works the honest men do? Aren't both of them with the same political moves and life goals? Both with the help of corporates carried out coups in their own parties, got into government, live for corporates, and while in government pour all the public money they control into corporates without any dignity and self-esteem of politicians, and it they call it development!

The party of the one at the centre collects money through bonds from the big money launderers of the country through banks, and the party of the one at the state collects black money through direct corruption and smuggling, and also launders corruption money and bribes through banks.

The President of the country after a heated and heavy political brawl between the State Governor and the Chief Minister of Kerala ratifying and endorsing the amendment of law passed by the Kerala Legislative Assembly led as the Assembly Leader by the Chief Minister and pseudo-Marxist leader Pinarayi Vijayan who already faces cases against him in the head-broken Anti-Corruption Judicial Body the Kerala Lok Ayukta to the effect that even if they find him and them guilty of corruption and issues a verdict none of the Chief Minister himself and his Cabinet Ministers need immediately resign as earlier they had to but whether he or they need resign shall be decided on his or their appeal by the State Legislative Assembly majority-orchestrated by him and themselves, was a severe blow and setback to the already picking up anti-corruption movements in the state as well as in the country. The Centre has not come up with the much publicized comprehensive anti-corruption Law the Lok Pal either.

Similarly, after invalidating five or six unimportant actions/decisions/legislations by the central government and deluding people that everything is fair in the running of this country, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court very lightly and unconscientiously upholding the very important and significant new central law amendment that as against the country’s long-standing policy and decision hitherto that the Central Election Commissioners shall be selected and appointed from a panel jointly by the Judiciary’s representative the Chief Justice, the Legislature’s representative the Opposition Leader in the Parliament, and the Executive’s representative the Prime Minister of the country, from hence now forth shall be decided jointly by a committee consisting of the Legislature’s representative the Opposition Leader and two Executive’s representatives the Prime Minister and the Home Minister, with no representative at all from the Judiciary, only taught the people that it was for upholding the latter smoothly and convincingly that the invalidation of the former were undertaken, and that the amendment in the selection process of the Central Election Commissioners was solely for the purpose of easing electoral irregularities and ensuring the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party’s continuance in rule. Why is the judiciary bending so much, apparently stooping before the Executive, in front of the people? The Supreme Court reasoned (ridiculously and dishonestly) that there was no time to look at the law or current practices as the elections were too near! Who has no time for law- the Judiciary or the Executive? How many times in the past has the Judiciary said law cannot be looked at because there’s no time?
