Adani will invest Rs 2000 crore for the port. The state government will spend 2500 crores. But the port will belong to Adani for sixty years and not to the government. As the Kerala Chief Minister and Marxist leader Pinarayi Vijayan agrees to this he will be given a handsome bribe of Rs 5000 crore. What a profitable deal! It’s that simple. The loss is only to the State of Kerala and the people of the State of Kerala. In order to protect the interests of the state of Kerala, shall the people bring a person from outside the state and place him on the chief minister's chair in the secretariat? Pinarayi Vijayan's government earlier had tried to implement the Kerala Rail Project in Kerala with borrowing at a much higher interest rate 75000 crore rupees from Japan and get hold of 5000 crore rupees as commission for arranging and consenting to this higher interest rate and buying old and obsolete rails and trains and spare parts from them. When people saw that their homes and lands were going to be seized by the Japanese and the Marxists and they evacuated, they came together to defend and that was the end of the K-rail project, though the central BJP government’s prime minister Narendra Modi and his railways minister were standing there holding the sack for Pinarayi Vijayan. When the K-rail project came to an end before the people’s furious protests, the commission of 5000 crore rupees which Pinarayi Vijayan and others in the Marxist Party and their ruling front including the CPI anticipated very much was washed away.

By taking away 2500 crore rupees which is lying in the Kerala state treasury and giving it to Adani who invests only 2,000 crore in the Vizhinjam project, and also leasing it to Adani liberally for not 30 but 60 years, what the Pinarayi Vijayan Group (PVG) will get summarily in return will also be exact amount- i.e. Rs 5000 crore rupees. When one was lost, the other was grasped! Therefore, Pinarayi Vijayan will fight an extraordinary life-and-death battle in Vizhinjam, and that extraordinary life-and-death battle has started since 27 November 2022, when the government issued an unambiguous order to abandon the K-rail project. That is what is seen today as an unusual intervention of the government against the fishermen who are opposing the port there.

But because of the opposition of the people of Kerala who know him completely, no matter how many followers, propagandists and media he has with him who share in that money, he will never get that money in his life, with his Vizhinjam dream collapsing just like his K-Rail dream was collapsed: it can only be written in his grave that he walked the land with the dream of securing that money! The people of Kerala, who have been deceived by him for so long by telling them that he is a Communist and a Marxist, have seen to that, like they are taking a personal revenge on him. If a project was started by Pinarayi Vijayan, the people of Kerala will sure wreck it without looking ahead, or back, because the people of Kerala do not see him as a Chief Minister, but as a swindler and corrupt fraud who came up with only swindling and corrupt projects and did not do any decent direct straight work in his life as a job, as an occupation, for supporting himself and his wife and children, and lived only to make money through crookèd ways.

While all the ports in India built on the basis of Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) are leased for 30 years to the builders, Vijayan took the forehand lead and leased this Kerala port to Adani for a double term of 60 years. In other ports,while the operator gives the rights-holding government a dividend of one-third of the operating profit, that is 35 percent, and that too from the outset, from the very beginning of the commencement of operation, in Vizhinjam the builder and operator Adani will give the major investment-holding Kerala Government a dividend of only one percent of the operating profit, that too beginning from only after twenty years of port operations. Has there ever been such a money-hungry anti-human body in India moving only through fraudulent and artificial means?

It was because he while sitting on the chief minister's chair agreed to cheat the state and acquiesce to or even devise this enormous difference between this port and other ports in India with private capital investment that out of that a small amount- five thousand crore rupees- was given to Pinarayi Vijayan, as a similar but very small amount was given to the administrative team of Late Omman Chandi, who was the Chief Minister some time ago. The amount paid to Pinarayi Vijayan was the price for actually devising this stark contrast to other ports with private capital investment. If Kerala were not sleeping but had woken up, even if Adani who is under the protection of Prime Minister Narendra Modi could not be caught, Pinarayi Vijayan could sure have been caught and ……!

There are many people in Kerala who walked around saying that the K-rail project will be implemented no matter what happens and who opposes it, until the people rang its death knell. Pinarayi Vijayan, EP Jayarajan, Kodiyeri Balakrishnan, Thomas Isaac, VS Vijaya Raghavan, MB Rajesh, AN Shamsseer, M Swaraj, MV Jayarajan, Aanantthalavattam Anandan and MV Govindan of the Communist Party of India Marxist-CPIM and Kaanam Rajendran of their ruling partner the Communist Party of India-CPI are among that long line. And there are some women too from the Marxist Party. Of these, all of them are or were the frontline leaders of their party and their government administration in Kerala who have gone to get advantages and benefits from K-Rail in the form of commissions, appointments and contracts. When people saw to it that the K-rail and those five thousand crores rupees were gone, their chirping stopped, on account of K-Rail.

Now they are sitting around chirping that they will implement the next corruption project the Vizhinjam port whatever comes, no matter who opposes them. And when the people who know them too well not to recognize their intentions finish it, they will move on and yet again come up with another new dream plan sprouted up and unfolds in the haze of the Charas and the MDMA the party ranks sells and the leadership controls and begin piping that they will implement it no matter what, and start their next chirp. The people of Kerala have made them, reduced them to, just that- a few chirpers.

There is a port minister in Kerala. No one has heard much about him in Kerala or Indian politics, but his name is Ahmed Devar Kovil, a member of an unimportant communal party which is a member of the Marxist party’s ruling coalition. In relation to the Vizhinjam anti-port strike and the inciting of communal riots there under the joint banner of RSS, BJP and Marxist Party for Adani, the name released by the vested-interested Kerala media as to the one who made the anti-reactionary and anti-social statement was not his but of another minister in the same cabinet- of the sports and fisheries minister V. Abdu Rahiman-, to create confusion among the people of Kerala. What does he have to do with this? It seems Mr. Kovil is an alien, probably from some remote corner of Tamilnadu- he doesn't seem to know anything about the customary morals of Kerala. It seems that he thought Kerala would devour and take whatever Pinarayi Vijayan says at face value and obey him like he does.

What he said related to the violence in Vizhinjam on 27-28 November 2022 including the attack on the police station, which the Kerala Latin Catholic Church which leads the anti-port strike say were conspired and created by BJP, Marxist Party, Adani, Police and Government, and the BJP, Marxist Party, Adani, Police and Government say were created after a conspiracy between the fishermen and the Kerala Latin Catholic Church which leads them, was that he had found the bottom of his patience. Patience for what? What bottom of patience? And who is he to see the bottom? Has no one told him that the government's patience with public matters, as opposed to individuals in whom it differs from person to person, is infinite? What he said actually was that waiting and waiting for that five thousand crores of rupees delayed due to this anti-port fishermen's strike which went on for a long time he found the bottom of his patience. Has he not any shame as a man to say it? When you walk around with a mustache, don’t you need a little self-respect?

In response to the question of whether the entire coast of Kerala should be destroyed in order to build a port in Vizhinjam for the Hindu corporate Adani who shadow-runs the state administration, Pinarayi Vijayan who is the chief minister of the ruling faction of the Marxist party in the state, Adani who builds this port for him under central and state finance, and the port protection committee they hastily assembled by paying immediate money, have not been able to come up together with anything except police force and political threat for such a long time, in defense of the fishermen's strike there raising the issue of marine and terrestrial environmental destruction presently and in future from this port construction.

Their response to that question is to, looking at the faces of the Christian priests and nuns who are leading that struggle call them obscenities in the presence of the police and with their support. The Vizhinjam Coastal Police and the Trivandrum City Police Commissioner are unable to use the law to take cases against those who call them these obscenities, as this is in accordance with the orders and at the behest of the central BJP, Hindu Rashtra leader Adani and the Kerala Marxist leader and chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan. The question that perplexes them is whether law or political compliance is important.

Fishermen who were evicted and displaced for the implementation of, for making room for, this project are still living in cement warehouses years later. Even the State Human Rights Commission has not taken any case for it. Because it is Adani, they do not see any violation of human rights in it. After the construction of this project started, there has been no resettlement of those whose houses were washed away by the sea by breaking into the land and taking away the shore from Kanyakumari and Trivandrum to Quilon and Alleppey due to this unscientific and anti-environmental harbor construction. Most of them are still lying settled on the bare shore vulnerable with their babies. Where else could they go!

It is without addressing any of these issues that Adani, Pinarayi Vijayan, Kerala Police and Adani Port Protection Group are going on with the construction of this port with the intercession and blessings of the High Court, and that too on 27 November 2022 throwing stones at the fishermen protesters to provoke outrage and causing them to be beaten and arrested, and even getting the bishops who were at that time in their churches and running the church affairs arrested and taken cases against, accusing them of opposing lord Adani. The report is that the policemen themselves threw the stones and start the things and end things once and for all, whether it ended or not. If the ruling Marxist party’s youth brigade the DYFI put on the policemen’s clothes the policemen themselves gave and threw stones at the protesters, who would say anyone other than the policemen threw it? Who else is responsible other than the Commissioner of Police and his team posted there?

The people from Pinarayi Vijayan and Adani to those in the state committees of the Marxist Party and the Bharatiya Janata Party and the Vizhinjam Port Protection Committee which they formed and is led by them, who knows that even though it is the deepest part of the sea and that’s why it is selected for an international very large ships-berthing port, it is also in such parts where obstacles placed before the sea currents by way of bunds and other obstructions to the ocean currents made are the places where the sea becomes the roughest and causes the most destructive waves and sea shore erosion, have loony waves in their heads!

While the port could be built anywhere upto and including in Tamilnadu, it is to build it in Kerala when Pinarayi Vijayan is still alive and still in power so that by taking and giving away the public land and also money from the public treasury he can get any bribe, make any appointment, that he invited the appropriate Adani to Kerala and to do it in Vizhinjam itself. Along with this, the public land involved in this which was gifted by his government to Adani, and those lands seized from the people after evicting them and handed over by his government, all becomes real estate related to and owned by the port project which could be sold at will at a thousand-times-higher price. That’s the corruption potential in this. That’s why, and it’s because of seeing which money, the Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has been sticking his tongue out and twirling it in the air and telling lies in media interviews and press conferences.

The new Marxist party culture and its Pinarayi Vijayan style in Kerala of eating upto their noses’ fill and then kicking the person who cooked that food, pulsates and trembles to stir up racial riots in Vizhinjam coast! That is why the organizations and parties like the RSS, BJP, Marxist Party, Muslim League, media like the Kerala Kaumudi, Mathrubhumi, Police, beneficiaries like Pinarayi Vijayan, Adani and their appendages are jumping with enthusiasm in advance, leaping towards sky, and such varied and politically rivalling leaders of parties and such other absurdities of history such as Anavoor Nagappan and Vathsan Tillankeri, V. V. Rajesh and V. Shivakutty, EP Jayarajan and M. V. Jayarajan, and Sasikala and M. V. Govindan walk hand in hand raising the same slogans. In a sense this is good- all the filth in Kerala is churned out and being taken out in the name of the Adani port protection movement opposing the fishermen of Kerala who give fish to Kerala to devour and relish to the fill- the biggest poison extraction, release, catharsis, Kerala has ever seen!

Kerala exports more than Rs 6000 crore worth of marine and other sea-related products every year and earns foreign money. Local fish trade is more than 166 percent of it, at least at ten thousand crore rupees. It's a war to capture that market, and remain a monopoly- the port is just a cover, just a start. When looked at and compared to this vast market, what will you get out of a berthing port, what will it bring, after the many years taken for it to break-even? Don’t you remember that lowly man named Pinarayi Vijayan once making his lowly attempt to sell the entire sea of ​​Kerala to an American company? And don’t remember how the vigilant Kerala rose up as a whole and defeated him thouroughly? This is a continuation of it, the second attempt disguised as a port. This precedes an attempt and action to betray the fishermen of Kerala and sell out the seas and the marine products which are their birthright to the Adani Company instead of to that old American company.

We call some people beastly. When a partly man-made and partly nature-made disaster occurred in Wayanadu in Kerala in July 2024 in which more than 600 people drowned in mud suffocating for breathe and died swept away by the mountain flood, asking for money to help in the relief works, a chief minister of the state demanding in person through media that it should be given by people never to the State Disaster Management Fund which is subject to the audit of the Central Auditor and Accountant General of India but directly to his own the Chief Minister’s Disaster Relief Fund which is not subject to any audit, has a history of he doing whatever he is pleased to do with it, and there is also a case for it in which the state corruption-prosecuting agency Lokayukta throwing to winds all judicial propriety and decency after partaking and relishing in his dinner party scratched his hind and saved his neck by acquitting him (actually not acquitting him because it was impossible due to the strength of evidence but by deciding that the Lokayukta was not empowered to prosecute him), and insisting publicly by coming before the media that such monies should pass only through the hands of the chief minister, what else should he be called by except bestial? What else is there in that language him to be called by? Then what is that word which is not obscene, though a little harsh, made for? Isn’t it the vibrant and ever-growing Malayalam language with enough apt words in it to pinpoint and describe anything and everything and anyone?

It was even while knowing that the centre also has a fund for this and that if relief donations were given to it, it will not go astray or get lost but will quickly reach the hands and homes of those who needed it, that this politician, this pseudo-communist, this chief minister, came in front of the public and raised such a demand. Isn't the central government his also? Is he outside India? Whether it is funds given to the centre or the state by people and institutions for relief, does it not reach the same place as the disaster victims? What if it reaches through whose hands? Isn’t it enough to see if it reaches where it should?

When a man sitting on a chair that the people gave and counts money as wages that the people gave (let him deny it!) comes and publicly stands before the people and says that he has no audit and so all people’s donations should be made to him or through him, instead of as he is obliged to of telling the people, if the people do not know it, that if it is given to the government agencies that are specifically created for disaster management, relief and prevention, they both have audits and so are accountable, that even if the leader cuts from it his rank-and-file officials who permit it will have to put it back when the audit is over, and so that's why the people should give it to the specific National and State Disaster Response Funds, then the people who do not seek and find a sharp stone or something like are more mentally disturbed than him. It happens, such a situation arises, when anarchy is rampant and at the peak of it in the state due to him and his high-ranking officials including his chief secretary and his police chief. What if this directly contributing to the chief minister’s relief fund is being used by criminals and manipulators to pay direct bribes to the government and the chief minister? Or is it even now being used for it?

It is with the threat to the public the Chief Minister has come forward that if they do not agree with and consent to this reaping of money through relief fundraiser campaigns and drives by him for his spendthrift life-style-doings and favoritism, if they raise objections that cause obstacles in his path to money and luxury, cases will be filed against them making their lives hell through the police and many other state governmental investigation and case-charging agencies who have lost their identity, personality and patriotism under him. Somewhere, it was heard too, that some cases have been taken against some individuals and some media to scare others. All these cases will come back as punishments for these officers for abuse of power. It is to a Chief Minister who has never studied law except those of corruption that the DGP of a state goes to study law- not to the Advocate General of the state! This is when even the state police force has thousands of brilliant law graduates! That law of corruption said about here which is the only law the chief minister has learned, like the Eleventh Commandment of Moses, is ‘even if you commit all the other ten crimes, you shall not be caught...!’

If you are enamored with and want certain public money and do not get it you will be disappointed and envy and lust for it will remain, like when the people of Kerala, whom he himself had declared as his enemies, interfered in everything from the Kerala-Rail to Selling-the-Sea to which all self-devised projects he lay his hands to for making personal money, and set out and worked hard and defeated them all and took revenge on a single day of voting in 2024 in the Parliament Elections by giving him back as a gift of disappointment and grief for all they had received as cruel administrative measures from him during the seven years since when he came to power in 2019. When there is such disappointment and grief on account of public money that could not be touched, those with common sense will remember that it is society that is on the opposite side and forget it. People who do not have such common sense but jumping down and setting out with a threat to the society for not allowing them to appropriate that public money is but the first time in Kerala.

The three and a half crores of people in Kerala have understood very well whose ass his high-ranking retinue of officers including the Chief Secretary and the DGP of the state, who have been pumped with air to remain in power till sixty years of age and for another three years if he remains as chief minister as a part of the BJP's Hindu Rashtra formation program are carrying on their shoulders and heads. As shown in the Lok Sabha elections in 2024, it is plainly shown that Kerala is now united against that single power-toxicated apolitical figure named Pinarayi Vijayan, and if these retinue of rowdies do not recognize this change and shift of allegiance in Kerala, that too is good for the people because in 2024, it was against these crowd of politically degenerated officers also those people passed their judgement. It became clear on that day of election whether the people bornè what this crowd proudly carried or trampled it.

It is clear with this, with this threat raised by the Chief Secretary, Home Secretary and the Chief Minister against people, that the anti-corruption movement in Kerala is entering one of its most severe stages. It is getting to the stage of, sitting on the official chair of the Chief Minister and growing like a mountain of corruption under the ardent and careful protection of a more corrupt and national-assets-selling Central BJP, one threatening the people. That dire stage is nothing for his Marxist party which is already drowning in corruption and struggling frenzied for a bit of a breather with nothing left for them in the future, but what about the BJP ruling at the centre?

What the little Kerala has to say to this small bureaucratic force in Kerala is that the anti-corruption movement in India is very strong except perhaps under the BJP's rule, it is because of their protection of the corrupt like this that the BJP which was monolithic until the said election has now become a shambles and a party dependent on all its very small coalition parties even for taking small decisions, that anti-corruption movement in India through their searching for and securing concrete evidence has led to much richer chief ministers in much bigger states including Lalu Prasad Yadav in Bihar being caught for corruption along with their larger than this army of high-ranking officials, convicted and sent to and locked up in jails, and that even though they fought all the way to the Supreme Court, no matter how much money they had, no matter how many crowds of people were behind them in their parties and in society, no matter how many corporate forces backed by money and legal power tried to save them, they remained there on the strength of that evidence.

Even in this little Kerala, late Balakrishna Pillai who was the Minister of Power involved in the Idamalayar Dam Case, was got arrested and punished by the anti-corruption people of Kerala in their relentless struggle, and the then highest official of the Electricity Board who collaborated with him and became a co-accused, one Ramabhadran Nair, who was already at the age of eighty-six or ninety-two years after his retirement and convicted, was lifted with his hospital bed while lying sick and debilitated and transported to and locked up in jail. During the former Chief Minister Karunakaran's time, they fought brutally and did more against the complainants than what these bureaucrats and their Chief Minister are doing now during Pinarayi Vijayan's time.

In the case of Idamalayar, after not stopping and discouraged by a high court verdict setting the accused free, the one who appealed to the Supreme Court and obtained this sentence was comrade V. S. Achyuthanandan who was a part of the anti-corruption movement in Kerala and also another more senior and serious leader and the then Chief Minister of that very same Marxist Party. In the later SNC-Lavalin Electricity Corruption Case also which is exactly similar, as the present chief minister and Marxist leader Vijayan followed suit by sidelining even the High Court Judges and getting himself acquitted temporarily for a time-being (the CBI’s appeal against this high court judge’s controversial verdict is going on in the Supreme Court!), it is not surprising that who went to the Supreme Court with an appeal was again the same com. V. S. Achyuthanandan from that very same party. And that Vijayan who was the Minister for Power then in the Lavalin Case is the Chief Minister now, for that Supreme Court appeal is pending and the central BJP is helping by postponing it indefinitely through the same CBI without ever coming for hearing. Although the Chief Minister and these officers of his who sprang up today through the intervention of a few foreign and indigenous investors have forgotten this, the activists in this party did not but remembered it, and that's why even laying axe to the very roots of their own party and not to the branches, the workers of this party in the said election defeated thoroughly and laid in whites this Pinarayi Vijayan and this team of his officials, asking them if they were going to try again. Now that little official team and that little minister are trying again!

It is for the people to know and get information that the people have taken their money out of exchequer and paid salaries to and appointed officials like the chief secretary and the government secretaries; they are not for the chief minister to make obey and comply with his private agenda. The people have now realized that this flock of pea-brained and flawed bureaucrats who are said to have studied for and passed such all India civil service examinations like the IAS and the IPS are not even able to understand what a danger the bureaucracy of the state will be in, will face, if these officials move and drift into the the dangerous and reactionary misconception that it is the chief minister, not the people, who is the centre of power and start programmes accordingly that way and in that belief and threaten the members of the public like this, and the people begin to give them the same value they are now giving this chief minister. Anarchy is the term given to that condition, and called.

It was to avoid this, to avoid this state of anarchy, that the society has tolerated bureaucracy at least a little. Guess what will happen if this bureaucracy including the police too collapses and what will be the state of affairs! The most this bureaucracy expected trouble so far for them from was the three or four Naxalites who were said to be in the state of Kerala. But can the protection given to the chief minister be given to these officials also throughout the state through the police? It seems it is impossible to tell what will happen if their official car given by people were stopped at a traffic light at any intersection in the midst of people in the present conditions.

Even small children all over the world know what the yellow, green and red colors at the traffic lights mean and what the signal is for. If the central government issues an orange alert about the weather, rains, landslides and the earth splitting away in a place, it means they should start preparing, don't wait until the red alert, and this known to everyone except those who surround themselves with insolent rowdies by taking heavy salaries from people’s hands and giving it to them and lives in careless wantonness in their midst without a government's vigilance or guard.

Of the considerable amounts that were given by people as relief funds for the victims of calamities that have occurred many times, through purposeful laxity in spending them for real needs, several crores of rupees are still remaining with the government, which is kept as a loose fund that can be laid hands on and stolen from anytime. It is kept as reserve money for corruption and embezzlement. A large part of it lies in the Chief Minister's relief fund. The society does understand their fear that if they take from it for new relief work without replenishing it with new donations, and if new donations do not come, then eating into it will stop without anything to eat into, the body will shake, hands will tremble, and mental stupor, discomfort, disorder and illness will follow.

But people don't have any medicine for it. What they have in their hands is the medicine to save the rest of the public money which is in the state as theirs. Because of this, those who understand that the society, which now has a public debt of close to three and a half lakh crore rupees, will go to any lengths to survive without loosing even a penny more from what it has now, may be able to survive and remain in Kerala with certain conditions in the future. Society has no constitutional obligation to maintain delinquents, only mechanisms to terminate them.

It was mainly two things that came out as happened around the first of August 2024 raising people's protest. One, natural disaster scientists or officials in Kerala should not visit calamity-strewn areas, study, or talk to anyone except the dumb-witted foolish and the ignorant at the top without their permission. Two, if people call to pay only to audited central and state disaster relief funds instead of paying money to the chief minister's relief fund, which has no audit, they will be sued and crushed and broken. It's only natural that one occasionally forgets how much severe a spotlight and searchlight the people have already put him under after his many anti-people activities! That's why both of these actions have come from the Chief Minister. He will have to pull both of these back as fast as he opens and shuts his eyes.

We all know that the Marxist Party is now a money laundering and cheating private group after being in the hands of him and some of his collaborating foreign corporate capitalists, but if he sits on the chair of the Chief Minister and does this, does anyone expect the people will stand mute and watch? Only everyone's Kerala is here... not just anyone's. Even if the Kerala Lokayukta which ate his dinner, head spinned and brain and conscience upturned did not investigate, the Supreme Court should investigate what was done with all the funds that passed through his hands previously.

The people of Kerala have understood that if this particular disaster is removed, all other disasters will fade away, stop on its own by itself, and will be over. Isn't it better to tie and seal this tragedy inside a fitting coin sack and throw it into the very flood water?

When the royal union of UAE through the local branch of the International Red Cross there- the Red Crescent-, during the period of the severe flood disaster in Kerala, rising on top of the international players through the influence of a number of foreign businessmen who are actually running the government of Kerala, like a government absurdity, decided to finance construction of a poor people’s housing flat complex in Vadakkamcheri in Trissur through the governmental agency the Life Mission Project of Kerala and released thorough the UAE’s embassy in India and the regional consulate in Kerala an amount of twenty crore rupees, notably after the Kerala Government accepting and approving the plan and proposal for the same project already submitted earlier by the famous low-cost housing manufacturer Habitat in Kerala and releasing the administrative sanction and funds also from the treasury for the same, it is clear from the evidence that has come out today that out of that twenty crores of rupees they had a compulsion that four crore rupees should be returned to the royal administration there in cash, and that too in converted dollars, from the Kerala’s ruling team. And they got it too the same way. (Let it stand there for the time being what happened to the fund first allocated and released by the Government of Kerala and who took it away).

Knowing the nature of Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, they knew in advance that Pinarayi Vijayan who spends that money and makes things possible at the Kerala end would demand the same amount of money as due the UAE who allows money at the foreign end. Besides, they knew the Chief Minister’s Principal Government Secretary Shivshankar's commission one crore rupees and a total of three crores more rupees for the various other IAS IPS officers and ruling and opposition politicians and other individuals in the shade would also be demanded from the Kerala end in addition. How will they be royalty and kings if they knew not! Thus, in total, out of that twenty crore rupees, four crore rupees at the source and four, three and seven crore rupees at the receiving end had to be handed over and divided as bribes, corruption and embezzlement.

But when it came to that, a total of eleven crore rupees out of the twenty crore rupees would have been cut. Apart from that, doesn’t Santhosh Eepan, who constructs the complex as the contractor who subverted and substituted the popular and famous Habitat as the contractor after this clandestine intervention of three governments, also get something? Shouldn’t he who does all the manual labour in this also get at least two cores as profit- just ten percent of the publicized project cost and the total amount involved? And so a skeleton of two hundred houses worth exactly seven crore rupees is standing there- a remnant of the collaborative corruption of the Kerala, Central and the UAE Governments, in Vadakkamcheri, still. Are they not three governments that ought to have monitored the movement of every Dollar, Dirham and Rupee and accountable for the spending of each?

The UAE regime also knew from the very beginning that if 20 crores of rupees were allocated, according to agreed-upon proportion, only seven crores worth of buildings would be built in Vadakkamcheri. Because of the lack of faith in Pinarayi Vijayan and because of their faith in his greed, only nineteen crores out of those twenty crores were released through this Red Cross agency via their Consulate in Trivandrum. They seized that one crore as theirs right at the source. After receiving these funds in Kerala, three crores of rupees were illegally converted into dollars by the corrupt parties in Kerala with the help of the central BJP and returned to UAE through the officials of the Trivandrum Consulate of UAE, especially through their special attaché. It reached safely there through diplomatic channels and nothing was heard of in UAE or anywhere else about this special attaché of theirs since.

Thus, for us the Life Mission People of Kerala, the figure of four crores of the UAE administration’s and their industrial and business commission agents here and there has thus been accounted. We don't know whether Pinarayi Vijayan took his four crores and buried it inside his official residence the Cliff House, or brought it back abroad to the real estate business through his controversial usual business investor Faris Aboobakar. It is enough to know that the people there who collected that money and sent it to the flooded neck-broken Kerala as donation through Red Cross lost it: our job is only to account and balance the amounts!

So the accounting of our four crores is right and over, and the total of seven plus four plus four equaling fifteen crores of rupees was also correct! As far as seeing the skeleton of that building standing there in its present state, and stage, the builder, Santosh Eepan, has made a profit of considerably more than two crores of rupees, but we account for only two, subtracting only two from the total. So the calculation of seventeen crore rupees was correct. We also know that the ED seized one crore rupees from Shiv Shankar's accountant’s locker, which is only Shiv Shankar's share. Thus, a total amount of eighteen crore rupees has become accountable so far. Now there is only two crores worth of attractions. When it was distributed among the Chief Minister’s favourite officers like U V Jose, C M Ravindran, party secretaries, ruling Marxist party’s state committee members, lower level officials, and secretariat staff association leaders, each of them got only a meager and ungenerous amount... just under ten lakhs.....!

The mega plan and project was to bring sponsors from abroad for all life mission housing projects everywhere in the state like the one in Vadakkamcheri in Trissur, get the government to release own funds for them all, and then skim away simultaneously what comes from abroad and what government allocates and releases too, which was the long-cherished and original dream of the chief minister and his party’s and his ruling front’s leadership, so that they can divide it equally among them. It all fell apart at once with a one-time arrest of the Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary and the confiscation by the Indian Customs of the twenty-first part of the regular gold smuggling through the same diplomatic bags of the same UAE Regional Consulate through the Trivandrum airport. But the dream remained. Now they pass it through not one airport but all airports in Kerala.

When prominent print and TV media in Kerala like Kerala Kaumudi, Malayala Manorama, Mathrubhumi, Deshabhimani, Kairali, Asianet and many other online media outlets and the many political observer absurdities in them, the central economic crimes investigation agencies like the Enforcement Directorate, and the three governments including the Kerala, Central, and the UAE and their chief ministers and finance ministers, adding footnotes that the people are seeing everything, the people are aware of everything, and the people will reject everything, present before the people continuously up and down, across and along, as news and news evaluations and personal comments and also affidavits in courts, that it was twenty crores rupees, nineteen crores, eleven crores, nine crores, four crores and three crores- never-agreeing figures- that was brought from the UAE to Kerala under the Flood Relief Fund and stolen from, and we people who have no part or involvement in any of these go to them with the question ‘you needn’t elaborate too much but all you have to do is tell us how much each of you got out of it’, it’s when the Kerala Crime Branch and other branches of police take series of conspiracy cases against us, saying we tried to sabotage their government, and molested the angel that’s their chief minister, fearing and wondering how the many things their masters hid came out. So the people do not go and ask anything, and nor is there anyone in Kerala today to go and ask.

But as a result of their collective efforts, i.e. the people’s efforts which attained a sense of purpose after the knowledge that there was no one else to ask questions and seek answers in government dealings, especially on funds brought as donations from foreign countries, as a result of the action of People's Vigilance, every piece of ‘information’ that was hidden to the extreme by the power lords of the police and the government is coming out. It was to prevent such exposure that they had been running across the state taking conspiracy cases against people for so long! What’s coming out now as ‘information’ as occasionally leaked from the police and others in the administration in these pieces and bits of revelations is that ‘it was based on ‘information’ received by investigation agencies that investigations have been strengthened, raids have been conducted, documents have been seized, people have been arrested, cases have been registered, etc, etc’. It was also from this ‘information’ coming out from the police that the 'people' mentioned here also had taken the statistics of the corruption and crime going on in the state under the guard of the police. Today all people know that economics is that branch of science to be studied by every citizen for not being cheated by economists! So they too watch and check where each rupee in the state’s exchequer comes from and goes to. That's it!

Never let the Kerala Crime Branch hear that there was an inter-governmental conspiracy as stated here! Even now they are sitting tired and weak after running across the country for the Kerala CM and Marxist leader Pinarayi Vijayan's ruling team and family, taking hundreds of conspiracy cases against the people, against whoever raised a word or criticism against the said CM, and unable to prove a conspiracy in any of them. Many of the cases are that the conspiracy was carried out by one man singly because not a second person could be found! Conspiracy cases are their byword today.

But, it is not that some people in the Kerala Crime Branch, who are keen and excited to take conspiracy cases against people, do not know that there has been an ideal inter-governmental conspiracy good and ripe with all the signs, symptoms, and abundant in evidential resources to take case against, but they know if they lay their hands on it, or even think about laying their hands on it, nothing of theirs would be left remaining. Narendra Modi created something called Digital India within what were previously known as Republican India, Democratic India, Secular India, etc, etc. It was created saying it is a comprehensive and proud programme of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party to bring India into the next era. The two things that were needed most in this Digital India are the conceptualization that since he, and his new-found cousins Adani and Mukesh have smart phones in their hands, so all the people in India will have Android phones in their hands, and from now on, all the money transactions in the country will be done by the people by giving money to Google and so on for their intermediary services, and all the government administration of the country including file movement and communicating with the people will transition from paper to cyber space for convenience such that anyone anytime could erase or delete them or their trails and make the evidence of corruption vanish, i.e. easy destruction of evidence, whenever and wherever he wants. As far as the rulers are concerned, it came to be implemented in India. As far as the people are concerned, it did not work in India.

Now, without an Android phone or a most-modern computer with sophisticated operating systems paid for and installed in, it came to that unlike they used to in the old days to write it on paper and send by post or deliver by hand, people cannot submit anymore even a single application or complaint to the government. In the days of yore, one could write an application or complaint on paper, put it in an envelope, go to the Central Post and Telegraphs Department, pay twenty-five rupees, simply ask them to please deliver it and keep the records too, and they would do it too. Terrified at people waking up against corruption and sending complaints, Narendra Modi woke up and created something called Digital India and altogether stopped this decades-old system.

Thus on the one hand, Narendra Modi rescued the entire rotten in the government. On the other hand he made it that if the people of the country wanted to do these digital transactions with the government, they should go and enslave themselves with the world corporate companies such as Google, Yahoo and Microsoft and obtain and furnish free e-mail addresses provided by them as a gesture of their kindness and symbol of slavery, only through which could these government dealings of theirs be proceeded with and made possible. Citizen e-mail addresses are one of the most sought-after, the most in demand, most marketable, and most valuable assets in the world that fetches the highest price if sold. It was the easiest way to forcefully collect and sell them that the BJP, which sold away to corporates national assets of the country from the railways to airports and shipyards and harbors which the Congress governments that ruled the country till now built, and came to power alighted on the wings of Adani and Reliance without even kneeling down to pick up a refuse and without ever moving their bodies to make and build something except making built a multitude of lifeless statues, made and came up with since they came to power in 2014.

Thus today, named as Digital India, it fills and spreads throughout the country as the biggest financial source of BJP. Giving maximum freedom to exploit people and make their own money through this they have subjugated and tamed all their serf governments also in the country who stick to them and lick and rub their toes like the Marxist Pinarayi Vijayan’s in Kerala. Of these various government agencies none has ever been heard by people till now of sending a reply to citizens’ e-mails despite Digital India.

There was a hint the Narendra Modi government and the Reserve Bank of India gave to the people of India when the Digital India was launched- that all money movement within the country will be under the surveillance of the central government and the Reserve Bank of India and that the movement of black money will become impossible. After that, thousands of crores of rupees that flowed to Kerala from many countries like the UAE through various government schemes and otherwise were stolen, whoever touched it took away a part, and vested-interested-parties took away their share. For some of these crimes, some state government civil service officials themselves under the control of the central government, such as Shivashankar, none other than the right-hand man and the Principal Government Secretary of the Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, are captured and held in jails in Kerala. These agencies and the central government say that the central government's economic crimes investigation agency, the Directorate of Enforcement, has been investigating for five years since 2019 as to where in Kerala has all this money gone into. What do Digital India, BJP's Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Reserve Bank who told people that Digital India is being instigated, from now onward it will be easy to monitor all the money movement in the country and also to and from the country, that the surveillance has already begun, have to say about where all this money went? If the Digital India existed as it was said to be, then why was this investigation necessary? Was it necessary despite Digital India? Wasn't Digital India itself the search?

Was there actually such an observation going on as proclaimed or were they turning a blind eye to the activities of their subservient Marxist party and their ruling coalition front in Kerala and their black money movements, as part of their scheme for protecting participants in the formation of Hindu Rashtra? Hasn’t the Digital India, which said it would monitor all the money movements in the country, has nothing to say about the ED investigating into where the thousands of kilos of gold smuggled and the ten thousands of crores of black money that flowed into Kerala has gone?

It was in the Rajya Sabha that the Union Home Minister revealed the information and said that Kerala had been given a warning a few days earlier. It was based on the indications of the central meteorological disaster forecasting institutions and departments that the Union Home Minister and the concerned Meteorological Departments issued that warning. It was with the lightness and easiness of saying like he didn't even look whether the traffic light was yellow, green or red, so he took the car forward, and so the accident happened, that the Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan on 31 July 2024 said in a hastily-summoned emergency press conference immediately after this revelation in the Rajya Sabha in Parliament that a warning had already been given to Kerala by the central government, that he did not see any red signal in the warning but felt like only something like a green signal was somewhere lying there- trying to bail himself out after this revelation in the Rajya Sabha.

Since when this Chief Minister set his foot on the chair, nay put his hind on the chair, Kerala has been experiencing natural calamities as a punishment for installing a sin-stained ruler in authority. Isn't it uncanny to be noticed that it is only in the state where he is, it continues like this, this frequently and in this much magnitudes, as long as he is seated there? Why is it that according to central statistics, sixty percent of India's nature calamities are in the small state of Kerala? Kerala, on the other hand, is not at the center of collision of tectonic plates on Earth. If there were only one or two such incidents happened since 2016 when he came to power, we could have ruled him out, but what if there are countless more? And if he is not outside the state but in the state itself, what if the people are now so sure that something like that kills the people en masse will happen?

It is to states facing not the threat of rain but the threat of the disaster of the rain that the Centre issues such warnings. Those warnings are given based on the understanding that immediate follow-up action will be taken by the state, with the special intelligence and empathy which a state government should have, and which is expected from a state government by the country. Will anyone but the paranoid, the paranormal, the delusional, the mad, the arrogant, the wicked, and those sinful who are ready to leave the country at any time and have the means to do so, dismiss those warnings, ignore them, not take action, and wait for the disaster to happen? If it was the last thing that happened, isn't that a crime that one should be hanged for? When we say three hundred human deaths, isn't that a mass murder? Shouldn't the whole cabinet have been arrested and jailed and prosecuted for intentional homicide?

It is the Geological Survey of India, Central Water Commission and Meteorological Centres that regularly issue these warnings. Even if there was no such thing, a chief minister or a political leader should have the knowledge to look at the sky and intuit how it will rain. Even when there were none of these technologies, equipment systems and instruments, didn't the kings take measures to prevent such calamities, with the counsel of his advisers of course? At least when you get notifications from the revenue authorities called Village Offices in each village that the color of the river is changing shouldn’t you understand the matter and respond? Or aren’t things to be understood even when the river is seen overflowing from the mountain tops to the valleys muddy, whirling, roaring and filled with logs, trees, tree branches, vegetation, rocks, grass, and twigs? How else should the mountains shout and say ‘I have busted and erupted’?

It was proved from this that there is no means, equipment and skilled manpower, nothing at all, in the hands of the farce that is going on in the name of the Government of Kerala led by Pinarayi Vijayan to reach the people within Kerala, the people who vote within Kerala, if they are stranded and isolated somewhere within Kerala, no matter what on account of a natural disaster or not. The policemen who thrust their chests and sneer and sneaking down the alleys or standing straight in the middle of the roads and capture small things like non-helmet wearers and smokers on roads and those sitting on culverts on roadsides with double strength, as well as the fire brigade, and similarly the disaster response and relief forces created as if they are mega creations who have no experts in them, it turned out, were just images dipped in paint like him. (Not forgetting the service done by them later when they saw that the central government had landed immediately in Kerala with Army, Air Force and Navy and begun search and rescue works!). Wasn’t it by giving publicity and creating a justification and making a mess of an excuse that it was to be used in such crises like this for emergency search and rescue operations that taking a lot of public money out of treasury the chief minister brought a helicopter for carrying and delivering his bags? After all, is it enough to fly in a helicopter and have aerial views of the calamity after everything is over?

Why didn’t it go and rescue the people stranded and trapped in places where it could have reached within one or two minutes? Why didn’t it bring at least medicine and water to those who were still alive and were mourning the dead, as a consolation, for temporary salvation, as a little bit of help to hold on for a little more while? Why didn’t the chief minister who is also the Head of the Assembly airlift his party’s MLAs who howl for him in the state legislative assembly and drop them to stand among the people as a surety that help will come, as a relief to the people, even though Kerala has no use for these inanimate materializations except for howling for him?

In search of votes to win the elections, do not they overcome bigger obstacles, climb bigger mountain tops, cross canyons and gullies, and wade through muddy fields and rushing rivers to reach and stand among the people, to prove they are one of them? Why was the Prime Minister's intervention and military action needed? Why had rescue and hope to arrive from New Delhi before rescue and hope arrived from Trivandrum? Since when did rescue operations and regional relief were moved from the list of the state to the list of the centre? Is it collecting taxes from these people, embezzling them, and ministers, chief ministers, and officials with women and children walking around with boxes like government spendthrifts abroad and robbing them the only the responsibility of the state?

In India massive landslides such as these in which the earth breaking and sliding and washed away have occurred in many states including Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand, but what occurred between 2:00 am and 4:00 am on 30 July 2024 near Meppadi in the Wayanad district of Kerala with this large areas swept away and so extensive is reported nowhere to have happened ever in India before. Three villages, Punchirimattam, Mundakkai and Chooralmalai, were swept away by the massive torrential flow of mud, water, trees, soil and rocks- and according to unofficial estimates, besides more than six hundred people, millions of plants, hundreds of trees and thousands of cattle and wildlife, not to mention the square miles of precious top soil which it took hundreds of years to form. Thus it became the first in India in extent and power.

In the midst of this, meanwhile, a chief minister is heard standing somewhere there shouting- but just no one is listening. What's the point of shouting now? The chief minister's only contribution in this before and after was his issuing a circular through the chief secretary which effectively stilled the relief works undertaken by Non-Governmental Agencies, Whats-app and Face Book groups and individuals, and threatened the officials not to speak to the press and television media about the extent of this disaster and why and how it was expected, because, any following opinion, question or debate based on them that arises among the public finally arrives at their conclusion, evaluation, commenting and judgment that the Chief Minister is an incompetent fiend who is tied to dirty money.

Comrade C. Achyutha Menon was a man who did not like statues but living things. He lived a simple, frugal and unornamented life of a leader of the Communist Party, was a lawyer and the Chief Minister of Kerala for nine consecutive years from 1969 to 1977 leading a Congress-included coalition front, and also has a place in history as a writer. He passed away in 1991. Leaving aside all other serious critical and political writings and books, his proudly translating H. G. Wells' book 'A Concise History of the World’ while he was in prison as a political detainee and publishing it in Malayalam under the title ‘Loka Charithra Samgraham’ (World History Summary) was monumental and an asset to the language and literature in Malayalam. It has been heard some wondering, had Achyutha Menon like Nehru had been imprisoned many times in later times too, how many good books would have been produced!

(This said was not to insult the current Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan who claims to have studied in college and to have walked between swords while studying in college, talking about it as if it is the only thing to be proud about while in colleges, not to mean that he has not written a single book and is full of contempt for writers who do not seek and go after money, nor to point out that as the West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee lives today and as Achyutha Menon lived then, the Chief Ministers have to live and put something in their mouths and send it to their stomachs and lead their parties and lead politics not by exploiting others, not by looting the state, but out of the income from their books).

Seeing that the state was in financial crisis as a result of the Communist Party rule under them, as a start, and as the first step taken from the Government, he halved the salaries of all the ministers including him in the cabinet. Born poor without money and lived poor, and elevated to the leadership of the Marxist party, that had been formed by splitting away from the CPI and when there was a dearth of leaders in that new party, by some foreign corporates who had been lying in wait for such an opportunity in Kerala to intrude in, and now living only for money, it is an unimaginable thing for the present Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan to even think about halving his and his ministers’ salaries or even cutting it down by just a two percent. Leading the state to a financial crisis 100,000 times higher than that of that time through his own rule, and spreading the word that there was no money to pay dearness allowance to government employees and leaving it in arrears for many years, he is a dead-like-living-thing that self-ordered, billed, and encashed the same DA arrears for him and his ministers and his top-ranking officials in government.

Entangled in all the scandals that are in the Encyclopedia of the World History of Corruption and even those that are not in there, caught inescapably in the self-created web of the smuggling of gold, the smuggling of dollars, the trafficking of contraband through party members, and the murders of political opponents even in his own party besides, become the most abominably corrupt and crookèd not the least in the history of Kerala but in the history of India itself, standing there spreading heavy stench throughout the world as the biggest disgrace in history, so to put aside this humiliation and controversy from this disgrace that’s him at least for a while until the next state legislative assembly election, through the right-wing Communist Party of India, the original CPI- a partner in his ruling Left Democratic Coalition Front and a party that eventually became his lifelong slave after he got them all into all kinds of corruption and smuggling the ruling front conducted upon his instigation since when they made him their leader- and via a well-marked and auspicious slave named Jeeyaar Anil in that CPI, a decision was made to be taken in the name of the CPI, to build a very ugly, absurd and dark statue of a black Achyutha Menon with no resemblance to him, in stark contrast to what he was in his real life, (purposefully to create that intended controversy and get the needed time till the next election and divert attention meanwhile from the multitude of corruption of the present chief minister!), and to bring it to Trivandrum in a march to install it in public view at the Museum Junction. (Remember that Kerala has no black Achyutha Menon just like there is no white EMS!). As a party like CPI should never do, wasting fifty lakhs of rupees- half crore- and thousand kilos of bronze, he and they are carrying this abomination of a statue from Kannur where it was made to Trivandrum, marching it like in a mourning journey, like it’s a funeral procession! Everything is coming to Trivandrum and to nowhere else!!

Even the statues of Lenin put up like this, when the people ended the communist rule, were attacked and desecrated; people showed their anger and were even demolished piecr by piece. When everything is placed in one place, it's easier than ever to walk upto them and wreck them- one needn’t wander throughout Kerala searching for them, locating them! Like that old Moscow operation, a single Trivandrum operation would end the matter. That where they are taking it to and going to place it? To right across from the old Queen Victoria's statue opposite the Museum, the very same statue which remained as a symbol of the British rule ended by the people in 1947, even long after the British had gone, the very same statue which was bombed and demolished as a protest by the very same communists in 1975 as they got nothing else to bomb when the National Emergency was declared by Smt. Indira Gandhi, and which stood a while more with the face and torso covered and bound from public view!

What the informed people see as the real contribution of Achyutha Menon is, when the first communist government in India came to power in Kerala in 1957 and the Soviet Union declared and signed an agreement with the India Government to build and donate a nuclear power plant and a reactor to Kerala as a reward to ease the energy needs of Kerala, that Kerala regime of that day fell and again came to power, and when that proposal came before him as the Chief Minister, brave, reckless and resourceful and with full scientific backing, in the name of the Communist Joint Cabinet then in Kerala and in the name of the Communist Parties, adhering to nothing else but the commitment to the future of his people, his taking the stand and deciding that Kerala never wanted it and never should have it due to the inherent insurmountable danger of never stopping it and the toxic nuclear waste emanating from it that can never be disposed of or neutralized fully at any age. Who else would donate potassium cyanide as a gift other than the Russia, which routinely uses poison as a weapon to neutralize political opponents even from the time of the Czars to even today? Achyutha Menon may have secretly received information from the others in the Polit Bureau of the Russian Communist Party! Wasn’t his party always pro-Soviet?

According to the Indo-Russian agreement executed between the Indian government and the Soviet Union which still remained not cancelled, it is that same atomic plant Kerala said which could not be here and said no-to, without looking to and seeking for conventional energy sources or sunlight which were available in plenty in the country for generating electricity, and which if built and installed the atomic waste and spent reagents from it should have been to be collected and stored for tens of thousands of years (based on the half-life period for degeneration of atomic radioactive materials) before the age would come when they could be permanently and safely disposed of, that the Central Hindu Bharatiya Janata Party government, to fill the entire country with nuclear reactors as part of their diabolical nationwide brutal revenge and retaliation against the people in India who are Christians, Muslims and poor non-Brahminic Hindus, raced with to and gave to another state, Tamil Nadu, to be located exactly at Kudamkulam right next to Kerala, despite Tamil Nadu having vast stretches of barren and desolate lands and long seashores and being a state three and a half times the size of Kerala, making it a perpetual threat to the Trivandum, Quilon and Alleppey districts in Kerala, with that danger still existing there and the millions of poor people including fishermen still agitating against it.

Saying there is an acute electricity shortage and crisis in Kerala, the traitors in the Marxist coalition government of Kerala, through the persons of its Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and the central BJP’s state power minister K. Krishnan Kutty in his cabinet, have decided to set up a nuclear power plant worth 10,000 crore rupees in Athirappalli in Trichur district or Cheemeni in Kasaragod district in Kerala, to get commissions in thousands of crores of rupees from the manufacturers, suppliers, transporters, installers, commissioners and whoever are beneficiaries. If there is a power crisis in Kerala, where is that share of electricity that the pushed-into-the-danger-zone-Kerala must get from that closely located danger that’s Kudamkulam?

It can be said with absolute conviction that it was comrade Chelattu Achyutha Menon, who was the former state secretary of the Communist Party of India CPI and former chief minister of Kerala, through his actions while he was alive, prevented for so long a nuclear accident that could have occurred anyway anyday in Kerala, and avoided the formation and subsequent eruption and pouring out of a lake of commission corruption within the Communist Party itself. And it goes without saying that it is Pinarayi Vijayan, the former state secretary of the Communist Party of India-Marxist CPIM, and the current Chief Minister of the Marxist-led and supposedly left and supposedly democratic present coalition cabinet, who is the one who caused that nuclear accident becoming a nearly possible reality and precipitating, forming and opening that lake of commission corruption through full participation of the current leadership of that very same CPI in his coalition ruling front. In the whore’s embrace of money, through these leaders today, these two communist parties reached there!

It was the Communist Soviet Russia which preached disarmament to bring socialist peace to the whole world manufactured and sold and distributed the most weapons in the world, made money and gave jobs to the people through it without causing riots in the country due to unemployment, and the leaders with that money led opulent, leprous and lecherous lives, engaging in orgies with little girls in party and government-provided riverside and forest area dachas. In the matter of anti-nuclear also, there are no official opposing and counter opinions or policies in those parties other than the vague resolutions that come out from time to time which no one minds including them; wherever they can build more reactors and sell them to, Russia does it, and exports heavily made-up and face-lifted old nuclear waste under the guise of assistance as they once intended and tried to do with Kerala which Achyutha Menon effectively prevented, in spite of his party being pro-Russian.

It is only the science-oriented ecological and environment-favored convictions of each and every leader at each time in that party that forbids them from taking measures that are harmful to society, detrimental to the interests of the people, which would bring disasters to mankind in future, at least for a time being. When that leader is gone, that policy is also gone. That is why the history of communist parties is striated and is different from country to country and not uniform. That is what is happening in Kerala today through Pinarayi Vijayan and his BJP’s coalition-representative Power Minister Krishan Kutty as instigated by the central BJP. They have pasted photos of such leaders including Achyutha Menon on the walls of their party offices. They live with the comfort that they who are sitting on the walls as pictures will not come down and no longer stop their decisions. That’s their courage.

From one side looms the ghostly statue of Achyuta Menon- originated from the cabinet. From the other side comes the nuclear power plant condemned by Achyutha Menon and expelled from the state by him, from the same cabinet, on the same days. Suppose you may have understood the depth of the conspiracy!
