Has the Students’ Federation of India done anything in the last ten years other than for being banned?

It is murders committed in schools and universities by the Students Federation of India in Kerala: not murders caused by sudden provocations, but premeditated murders from political enmity and personal enmity following several days’ criminal conspiracies. The violence and murder by SFI in Kerala, no matter in which colleges and universities they happen, inevitably has two elements implicated in it - first, the district committee office of the Marxist Party- especially its district secretary- which controls it in every way, and the office bearers of this party-led teaching and non-teaching organizations functioning as party fractions in these colleges. Secondly, without the knowledge and permission and often direction of this party district committee and party fraction in the college, not even a unit president of SFI, not even its state president, can take a decision of his own or do anything. If he does, he will not be allowed to sit in that chair even for one more day.
The youth of Popular Front of India, whose activities have been banned in India for five years by the central government due to their severe Muslim extremist separatist activities and violence, have been stirring up trouble in Kerala since the Marxist party changed its secular policy a few years back. With the encouragement of the Marxist Party’s Polit Bureau member and Kerala’s Chief and Home Minister Mr. Pinarayi Vijayan, out of a mutual political understanding for creating and cultivating political discordance and unrest in the state, the PFI cadres very safely in the guise of student leaders with his all-out help infiltrated the SFI which was under his total control and capturing the SFI committees from the district level to the state level, fearing Pinarayi Vijayan will lose his corruption money stored in the Arab countries for him not supporting the Arab terrorists, declared their public support to the Gaza terrorists and turned to gang trials and massacres in Kerala which are the main programmes of the world terrorist organizations like the Taliban, thus getting approved by the world Islamic terrorist organizations and securing Pinarayi Vijayan’s money in the Arab states. Thus the regular lynching and killing this leader and his followers imposed on the SFI through these infiltrators have in the end led to the SFI being ascribed with all these atrocities such that its name SFI has now become a byword for abhorrence and repugnance nationwide. When these extremist activities during the last five years centered on Kerala and directed from Kerala to other parts of the country led to the eventual ban of PFI in India, since 2016, it is notable that Pinarayi Vijayan as Chief Minister and Home Minister was leading the police and intelligence departments in Kerala and freely allowing the PFI cadres in Kerala to go on with their despicable activities including murder.
SFI's motto in the early days was ‘study and struggle’. First there was study and struggle, then there was only struggle, then there was only violence, and then there was only murder. Threatening those who come only to study, openly attacking, abusing and dragging girls through campus and roads for breaking their morale and defense, enforcing moral policing in colleges and schools with the support of the Marxist Party and the Kerala Police, are the main activities of the SFI today.
For this, they built torture rooms and trial corridors in colleges. As it is children of various fathers who come to study in colleges and not sons and daughters of one single coward parent, when this went too far, SFI's own student ranks protested and became defensive, and more than 350 SFI members petitioned to college and University authorities that their leaders should be expelled from college. At the end of it, on 12th July 2019, in Trivandrum University College, a crowd of SFI gathered and stabbed in the chest another SFI student, Akhil. It was the most thrilling and proud moment for the leadership of the Marxist Party, the ruling Left Front and the SFI in Kerala.
How can the leadership of the Marxist Party and their ruling united front not be proud if a young student power-lifter who won prizes in many university competitions was stabbed to incapacitation by thirteen weak-bodied low-brained animals including the President and Secretary of the College SFI Unit, and a crowd of thirty other participants? The police proceedings in this case were thrown to the wind.
In 2016, when a female principal retired from Government Victoria College, Palakkad after thirty-four years of teaching, SFI dug her grave and laid a wreath thereon to celebrate her retirement. The State Committee of the Marxist Party did not have such a happy thing ever. It was a feeling for them like the Bolsheviks’ in handling the Czar in Russia. If that cannot be done here- i.e. executions through beheading- then why not do at least this and excrete some feelings?
In January 2017, the chair of the woman principal of Ernakulam Maharaja’s College was taken from the college and carried to the road by the SFI, and burned in front of the college, and released their tormenting revolutionary pressure. There shall not be principals in colleges!
On 21 October 2021, following the orders of the Kottayam District Police Chief, the Gandhi Nagar Police registered a case under sections without bail against ten SFI office bearers including its present state president one Arsho, for brutally assaulting and sexually threatening a young Dalit girl student who was the leader of the student organization All India Students Federation, AISF, of the Communist Party of India, a partner in the same ruling coalition led by the SFI’s Marxist masters in Kerala. The case is that the Ernakulam district committee officials and Kottayam leaders of the SFI threatened this female student that she would be raped during the senate elections in Mahatma Gandhi University! This is a very proud case indeed not only for the ruling Marxist Party and their coalition brother, the Communist Party of India whose cadre was abused, but also for both their party secretaries!!
On 02 January 2022, SFI burned the effigy of the governor of Kerala throughout the state because their Marxist Chief Minister Master demanded it. Governor Mr. Arif Muhammadu Khan who is the head of the state administration responded that it was only his effigy that was burnt but it was people they were burning in Kannur, and that it was Pinarayi Vijayan behind all these crimes.
Around 16 March 2022, the drunk and inebriated SFI unit office bearers beat a girl student leader inside the Government Law College, Trivandrum, grabbed her by her sari, dragged her through the road, and kicked her brutally while holding her lying on the soil. The police watched. Some of the teachers who were not politically-blinded went to her help, released her from those rogues, and took her to hospital.
On the evening of 12 December 2022, tired of SFI who destroyed the reputation of their college through anti-educational activities, a group of leaders and members of the organized educational and renaissance movement of the Ezhavas of Kerala- the SNDP Yogam who owns and manages the college- entered the S N College Kollam premises and carried out a cleaning-up operation against the SFI. The SFI who were using the college like their paternal and party gift fled. Everything owned and possessed by the SFI in the college including their martyr memorials, flags, boards, banners, decorations, tires for burning and contrabands for smoking and selling, were burnt, rooms seized by them vacated, and those not fled and remaining in the campus were told no such things will ever be allowed in the college again, that even students with no classes will not even be permitted to remain in campus. A warning was also given that the SFI Cocks who go after Hens shall never again be seen walking in the campus. It was they who drove away girl students to the rival organization KSU who did really intend to join SFI!
On 3 March 2023, a group of thugs led by SFI’s Ernakulam district committee entered and vandalized the regional offices of the Malayalam news channel Asianet in Kochi. When a series about drug dealers is aired by this channel, isn’t it the drug dealers who have to go and get them busted, or is it the SFI? Aren’t they the one and the same?
On 15 March 2023 in Trivandrum Government Law College, while a staff meeting was going on, a contingent of SFI students including girl goons locked up teachers, including the lady principal and a few other females, for nine hours from three in the afternoon to twelve in the night, lights and fans in the room were turned off, and the police was not allowed to even provide food, water and medicines to them. A lady teacher was hospitalized. What good kinds of treatments are available there at the Government Mental Health Center Trivandrum itself to douse the flames in all of them, in whose personal halos only the violent red flares!
On 21 October 2023, in the Kannur Government Polytechnic College, six SFI goons including two girls locked up a girl student named Aradhana for sixteen hours in a darkened room in the college for wearing a Rakhi- a Hindu sign-thread worn on the wrist. When the natives of the place entered and released her, the principal ran away. The police registered a case.
When on 11 December 2023 the first citizen of the state and the Chancellor of all university students in Kerala, Governor Mr. Arif Muhammad Khan, was on his way to Trivandrum airport to go to Delhi, the SFI attacked him in police presence with police help under police transportation, and caused damages to the government car alone of Rupees 76,357, in government’s own estimates.
On 2 March 2024 at Sri Neelakandt Government Sanskrit College Pattambi, Palakkadu, SFI became accused in ragging case. In the union election there, they lost their monopoly and lost.
On 5 March 2024 in Kozhikkode Koyilandi Shankar College a few students including SFI's unit secretary were expelled from college for cruelly beating a student- ragging in their lingo! An agitation is going on there against the principal who has been protecting these goons for a long time.
On 6 March 2024, the Governor told media that all college students’ hostels in Kerala are functioning as riot centers for the SFI, that the SFI in Kerala was working in partnership with the nationally banned organization PFI and that their killing a student named Siddhartha at Pookkodu Veterinary College was not ragging but premeditated murder after several days of torture. This case was handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation very reluctantly by the state government in April 2024 upon court’s order.
So these are the only revolutions the SFI made in campuses and the society in Kerala. At the end of similar revolutions in West Bengal, the people led by the Trinamool Congress who now rule that state entered campuses and beat them to incapacitation. Like under the chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan in Kerala, under the shadow of the power and police of one Budhadeb Bhattacharya who instigated these goon student criminal revolutions in West Bengal, SFI went too far and their revolutions in West Bengal suddenly altogether stopped!
It is not intended here to go into the SFI leaders’ writing the exams through impersonation, preparing fake mark lists and university certificates, and passing the exams even without writing it. Even the state president of the SFI passed at least one examination even without attending it!
These are just a few of the reported and registered cases during the past a couple of years. There are hundreds of other cases that went unreported to the police, media or universities. Do any of these tell you that this organization has a right to function within a democracy and not be banned?
Quite a number of students gave statements and evidence before the Justice Shamsuddeen’s People’s Commission that instead of legitimately holding social political and academic discussions in rooms allotted to college unions across the state in colleges like Trivandrum University College, Trivandrum Government Arts College and Madapally Government College, the SFI turned them into torture rooms for persecuting junior students and those senior students who opposed them and did not accept their absoluteness, subjecting them to physical and mental torture to make them submissive or passive. Even after details of such atrocities came out, the chief minister sitting in his chief minister’s office, nurturing senior government officers as gold smugglers and dollar smugglers, and exporting his ill-gained wealth to foreign countries by sending them on officially-clothed tours abroad, was not willing to take action for fear of loosing his private goon students army which protect him on roads. He and his retinue of officers including the Minister for Higher Education couldn’t have taken any action anyway, for it would have been like they themselves going and taking their own lives.
Had even one single other student organization like the Kerala Student Union (KSU) was allowed to co-exist and function in colleges alongside SFI by this criminally-goaded government, and the vice-chancellors they appointed in devious ways illegally by overlooking qualifications and merit, not even a single torture room would have existed in Kerala’s college campuses. But it was not to be. They wanted them to exist. They are maintained in colleges as ordered by the Marxist Chief Minister, his police, his Minister for Higher Education and their university slaves. The king of corruption, Pinarayi Vijayan, is afraid of the ranks and other leaders of the Marxist Party which he himself leads adopting and following political ideas and options other than his or they even discussing politics. That was why he took the initiative and as an alternative reared this student organization SFI as a completely apolitical anarchist organization loyal only to him. That too was proved in these quasi-judicial people’s investigations.
The calls to strengthen and amend the Kerala Anti Ragging Act of 1998 which is too weak to deal with violence and murder in college campuses, and to introduce an ombudsman system for colleges, were boldly ignored by the ruling 'Left Democratic' Front, this Chief Minister, and his nearly 100 legislative assembly members.
Although it were the victims of atrocities in colleges who gave statements before this Commission, and though this Commission was headed by a retired judge of the High Court of Kerala, the current SFI president as well as a Polit Bureau member of the Marxist Party, a former SFI leader and a former Education Minister of Kerala, Mr. M. A. Baby, rebutted this Commission saying that it was not appointed by the Government but by a parents’ and people’s body. Then why didn’t his government appoint a judicial commission with full governmental backing? Now these supposed revolutionaries can take on board only the actions governmental...! What kind of revolutionaries are they?
The SFI’s State President of 2023-24 is one denied bail even by the High Court but walks freely with the protection of the Kerala Police, with forty cases including housebreaking and attempted murder to his credit. He walks firmly believing he can be the next chief minister under the guidance and protection of his mentor the present chief minister!
Institutions like Trivandrum University College and Ernakulam Maharaja’s College are places where students from poor homes and middle class families usually do not get any consideration, place or status. But after taking admission there and by forcefully under coercion or otherwise joining SFI, they are given all the consideration, position and status due towards the Marxist party, their government and their police. Thus, they get many promotions in one step in their social status, regardless of their or their families’ financial and academic status. That is the top-most SFI representative today. His house and circumstances would still be the same. He is traumatized by his new social status which is not in correspondence with his economic situation. Then that poor student will begin to think, and behave, as if the Police Chief is his brother-in-law and the Chief Minister is his father-in-law. From the unit secretary of SFI in the college to its state president, the situation is the same today.
