In the first election held there after cutting off Kashmir, it was the Election Commission that was scared in the BJP’s losing and the Gupkar Alliance’s winning due to using ballot paper!

After Narendra Modi and BJP split Jammu and Kashmir and carved two Union Territories out of it where as the union ministry, subverting people’s representation and democracy, they would have direct and supreme control, the BJP was defeated in the District Council Elections held there for the first time- because electronic voting machines could not be used and ballot papers had to be used. The Gupkar Alliance formed on 4 August 2019 by the former Chief Minister and National Conference leader Farooq Abdullah after the bifurcation, who contested the election saying that he would restore the special status of Jammu & Kashmir before it was cut off, won with an astounding and overwhelming majority.

Out of a total of 178 seats, where the BJP won 74 seats the Gupkar Alliance won 110 seats. While the BJP won 71 seats in the Hindu-dominant region of Jammu, it got only 3 seats in the Muslim-dominant region of Kashmir. Elections had to be held in 8 phases over 25 days, as explained by the BJP and the Election Commission, due to the possibility of severe clashes. The Gupkar Alliance (The People's Alliance for Gupkar Declaration) is an alliance of opposition parties to restore Article 370 of the Constitution, which was abrogated by the BJP's central government and their parliament- not the alliance of all the opposition parties in India, but the alliance of the parties of Jammu and Kashmir who have come together declaring that the special status of Kashmir as was guaranteed in the Constitution will be restored.

This election would have been rigged or overturned if it had been electronic voting machines used, but because of ballot papers it could not be. As per current estimates the BJP will not get even 50 seats out of 574 in the parliament elections if elections throughout India were conducted using ballot papers. And here is the Election Commission's deception and fraud towards the country.

The reason for talking about Kashmir here is that it is in these elections in Kashmir that in recent years the people of India have been as much alert and active as how much they should be alert and wake up and act in an election, and there existed a reason, a cause and conditions such volatile, that it was an election that was fitting for assessing the overall situation in the bifurcated states and the country. The issue of the ballot paper was specifically mentioned here because the ballot paper is the only thing that is going to sustain democracy in India, as proved in these elections.

The reason for talking about the Election Commission here is that it is the Election Commission, like a cheat, that with an objectionable sense of compulsion, with an obnoxious insistence, held and carried out a belief which none of the people shares, that if ballot paper is used for elections India will be destroyed, and even threatening people that if they oppose, debase or campaign against the Commission’s electronic voting machines they would be sued and charged with cases and arrested and imprisoned, and thus waging a war against ballot papers for electronic voting machines, skillfully and capriciously led India to a Hindu rule and dominance of BJP, Theocratic Corporatism and Reliance.
