When the British government's intelligence report that the Gujarat riots were genocide of Muslims perpetrated by Narendra Modi was aired as a BBC documentary, the South-to-North India unholy alliance of the centre-ruling party BJP, their serf party the Marxist Party which is now limited to Kerala, and the Hindu corporates behind the present BJP rule, M/s Adani and Reliance, became isolated in the world. The backlash began; the hunt and the run began across the country and the world. Ultimately it resulted in the BJP's overall defeat and loss of their once-held majority seats in the 2024 parliamentary elections, making the government wretchèdly dependent on other minor parties and remaining unstable in a state of miserable disarray from day-to-day. There was even a situation where the BJP had to accuse Israel of interfering against BJP in this election. Now what about when the intelligence report of the secret investigation conducted by the American government on the same pogrom comes out as a movie?

The British Broadcasting Corporation, which has become a nightmare for Prime Ministers and Presidents from Churchill to Trump, Modi, Putin, and Boris Johnson, shaking the judiciary of India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, dozens of organizations of the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party in India and abroad, their new owners Reliance and Adani, and the low-lying others like Pinarayi Vijayan in Kerala, Arvind Kejriwal in Delhi, Amarinder Singh in Punjab, and Ghulam Nabi Azad in Kashmir, hanging in power holding on to the tail of the central BJP, relegating them to their destined places in the world’s history, released worldwide ahead of India's Republic Day in January 2023 a documentary video titled India: The Modi Question, which took two years of research to produce, based on the British government's intelligence report on the Gujarat riots, describing Narendra Modi's role in this communal riot and Muslim genocide, releasing the then-abundant evidence, eyewitness accounts, and victims' accounts of the Gujarat riots, the three-day Hindu extremists-led terror campaign in Gujarat, India, in February 2002, pre-meditated, planned, ordered and executed by the then Gujarat BJP Chief Minister Narendra Modi, resulting in the killing of 1,926 people including 790 Muslims and 254 Hindus, 223 people going missing, 2,500 people being injured, and hundreds of women and children being raped, and in which the Supreme Court of India later again shocked the world by setting free all the culprits, saying there was no evidence, leaving out this then-abundant evidence, when plenty of evidence and witnesses’ and victims’ statements were available collected from the field even with the American and British Intelligence.

When this video came out, everyone in India from Narendra Modi to the son of a former Kerala Chief Minister AK Antony, a son who had been secretly hiding in the Congress high command as a sleeper warrior of the BJP, and Shashi Tharoor, a political refugee from the Congress vying for membership the BJP, knowing well that the world knows everything now, immediately jumped on the bandwagon and interpreted this exposing of Narendra Modi's past atrocities- in their words this ‘outrageous disgrace’- as an insult to India. They ordered in the country where they have power, and appealed where they do not have power, for a global ban on it. None of them has been able to explain to the world how, and why, Narendra Modi's actions outside the peripheries of law are India's actions or their coming out into public notice is a disgrace to India.

Twitter and You Tube, which earn good revenue from India condescended, have stopped showing it in India for the time being, that is, until some decree of an international court or a court in the American state where they are registered comes out, but they're showing it to the whole world outside India anyway, to keep up with the world and to save their faces. Face Book which has bigger revenue than the other two in India is wagging its tail to ban it in India, even while acting the democratically free white man abroad, in places outside India, lest being prosecuted or even banned for violating the freedom of press in those countries. On India's Republic Day, the whole world sees it by whatever means except in India, people are shouting, crying, clamoring and angrily demanding that Narendra Modi be banned from everything and everywhere, and proclaiming that Modi was always in the same genocidal pit reserved for Putin and Trump, and the Republic Day celebrations led by Narendra Modi are raging on in Delhi.

Narendra Modi did not say anything about this video; instead he banned it using the draconian laws of the erstwhile Emergency. What is the emergency and what is the harm to the country, except for Modi, because of the revelations in this video? Even if there is harm, can India, which has written it everywhere where there is a board and a wall to write on in courts including the Supreme Court that Satyam Eva Jayate! (Truth Alone Triumphs) turn its face away from the truth? India's foreign affairs ministry condemned the BBC's video as false propaganda. Prominent foreign media operating in India were also asked to ban it. The US Department of Foreign Affairs responded by saying that it knows nothing about the BBC’s video and that it has a good relationship with the Indian government, 'focused on press freedom'. Precise, sharp, not-thorn-but-knife-edged-words! Doesn’t it also mean that it does not have a good relationship with India if India does not focus on press freedom, including that of the BBC in India? It is coming from an America the State Department of which when even Britain did not do it rescinded Narendra Modi’s entry permit and visa to America on account of his leading this very communal riots in Gujarat and killing people, and told him not to enter the United States for many years, i.e. until he became a Prime Minister and got a diplomatic passport!

It is upsetting to see the same anti-republican forces that are setting up a Hindu nationalist state over India's democratic secular republic by subverting it celebrating the country’s Republic Day. Their question is, if the Supreme Court of India has ruled that Narendra Modi and the Bharatiya Janata Party BJP played no role in the Gujarat riots, that no women community were subjected to gang rapes and subsequent murders, and that there is no evidence for it, then what right the world has to write a verdict that he is a genocider, lining up evidence they collected in their own investigations. The question from the other side is, what position and standing does the Indian judiciary have in the world judiciary as a judiciary, which completely acquits all those who were proven in their crimes with evidence and victims’ and witnesses’ statements, which sets free anyone set out to set up the Hindu Rashtra, for facilitating them to continue trying to establish the Hindu Rashtra. So tell us: whose Republic is this- ours or theirs?

There are no laws in India to prevent a former Supreme Court judge from accepting a political appointment from the ruling party after his retirement, or asking for such a political appointment. There is no other way to protect the trust of the people in the legal system of the country except for that person himself, who gets an exorbitantly generous pension of a good and high amount and does not need any new job to live on after retirement other than to show off his position of power and commit corruption, by exercising his own discretion decide for himself that he will not go after such low bad behavior. Ninety percent of the retired judges in India make such a decision too. When the judgments while in service of a judge who accepts such political appointments like this after retirement are, in addition, infamous judgments that blatantly protected the interests of the said ruling party too, it becomes a challenge to the independence of the Indian judiciary and its respectability and honor in the field of world justice today. In March 2023, New Delhi made such a political appointment.

The central BJP government made this political appointment, appointing as the Andhra Governor a judge named Abdul Nasseer who, worrying the Muslim community had issued judgments such as demanded by the BJP in the Triple Talaq and the Ayodhya Rama Temple Construction cases, which judgments raised concerns among India's Muslim community that a Hindu Rashtra regime is emerging in India, and that their existence as religious minorities is at risk and in danger at the hands of the Bharatiya Janata Party which is a new ruling party notorious for inciting race and communal clashes, riots and genocide. The appointment was given to him within forty days of his retirement as if otherwise he would have starved! Now, that judge and the judgments he issued before his retirement are worthless and a shame to the Indian judiciary in the minds of the people. So in the judiciary and in the public mind, he became a pariah no one wishes to touch, except in the eyes of the BJP.

He ordered the construction of the temple regardless of the site of Muslim worship that has been there since ancient times. In the rush and clamour of capturing the chair by pleasing the BJP-Reliance administration, while giving the judgments, he did not take into account the secularism and equal justice which are the hallmarks of the Indian Constitution that appointed him, did not consider the background of communal riots of the BJP leaders accused in the case, and did not even like to consider, let alone see, the historical background of the whole issue under his consideration.

Before determining the status quo regarding the temple and the mosque, to determine where each was when at a given time, if we go back through time without first fixing a cut-off date for going upto when and where, like if the cut-off date is to be the day of independence or the day when the British rule started in India, what would happen if we go back all the way to the time when there was no Rama or Krishna in the world or even in the universe, when the Aryan conquest had not even begun in India, and the present land of Rama temple was the land of Dravidian confluence then? Or will it go back even to the day the earth was created, or the day civilized human race began in India?

It was a verdict against secularism and equal justice- one the BJP had been waiting for and enthralled by, one which they demanded for. In fact, they had gone far ahead with other scheduled political works with a firm belief and determination that this one judgment could sure be made to be issued by someone in this way when the time came. If such a verdict had not come, BJP's Hindu government would have lost the trust and support of the Hindu extremists, would have lost the stability of the government, collapsed and gone out of power, with the senior leaders all in jail for directing illegally dismantling the mosque. Hindu corporatism rewarded that judge who avoided all these by giving him the post of governor and the administrative power of a state as salaried gifts. It is because he wanted this reward that he issued that verdict. It is when a person commits a bad low deed that it is examined and judged whether his previous deeds were also all bad deeds. Here that happened through this.

After a Chief Justice of the Supreme Court who heard the Gujarat communal riot cases in which all the top BJP leaders were involved and would have been arrested and imprisoned but for such unholy acquittals, despite the thousands of evidences and witness testimonies said he did not see any evidence at all and set free all the accused to move themselves higher in politics and ascend to the highest offices in the country, and himself barefacedly joined that very same BJP of those accused as their Rajya Sabha MP in the parliament, India and the whole world had been watching who else in the Supreme Court were seeking such positions after retirement by joining the Hindu communal party. With the Andhra Governor’s appointment, they identified one more. It is certain that there will be many more sitting there silent now but aspiring. People feel disdain and contempt for them.

In some streams and in some canyons and ravines and in some mountain passes, if a stone comes rolling and covers and closes the source, some streams will be blocked, and they will stop there where they start. If someone takes away that stone a great flood will break out too from there. Justice Ranjan Gogoi, who went to Parliament as BJP's Rajya Sabha member, has done exactly that- taking away that stone and making that stream start! It is because of this simple lowly act that the Hindu communal fascist organizations, BJP, and the Gujaratis and Maharashtrians Adani-Reliances and other Hindu corporates have all come to power in India, state properties have been steadily looted by them, and the lives of not only other religious groups but also those of the poor among the Hindus are in danger. He removed that stone with the full knowledge of what he was doing.

Given the abundance of evidence and witness statements, had the Supreme Court punished the present prime minister, the home minister and the many others in the Bharatiya Janata Party who were either accused or co-accused in those communal riot cases, none of this would have happened: secularism, democracy and republicanism would have continued to exist in India, the Constitution would not have been sabotaged and incapacitated, there would have been no currency demonitization or the advent of a citizenship registry, Kashmir and Jammu would not have been cut into two or three, the Supreme Court would not have become a Hindu court, and Pakistan and China would have all been brought to stand where they should stand. That single judge, who has done all this with full knowledge of what he was doing, is responsible for all these.

BJP's aim is to capture more people by spreading the word that if they stick to BJP, which is the centre-ruling Hindu communal party, if they issue the rulings they want without looking at the law while in service, even a Muslim can get positions of good power after retirement. What better way than this to get hold of men of authority, what better means of propaganda, advertisement?

Until the arrival of the Muslim rule in 1320 A.D., the place known today as Kashmir was comprised of three regions namely Maraz, Kamraz and Yamraj. After the Muslim rule and the British rule, the first Congress government in Independent India assimilated the Kingdom of Kashmir under an agreement and merged all the regions into the twin states of Jammu and Kashmir, and because as unlike any other state in India was situated at the crossroads of the world's prime cultural and economic routes, by giving it a special state status ruled smoothly- something the dark minds in the present BJP administration in India can never even conceive and execute. And so, the Jammus and the Kashmiris settled comfortably in India. All these decades it had been the dream of the separatists of the world to cut this unique state into two, three or four, especially those terrorists, extremists and separatists based in and operating out of Pakistan, China and Afghanistan. To make it become a reality they had to wait until 2016 when this absurdity called the Corporate Hindu Rule came to India through the Bharatiya Janata Party.

In 2019, it became a reality through the BJP, their Prime Minister Narendra Modi, his cabinet and the many Reliance-created MPs in the BJP. Jammu and Kashmir was cut in their hands not into two but into three- Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh. Where the world expected at most a bifurcation, a trifurcation took place- although that was not the language used. World terrorists and separatists rejoiced. BJP tried to spread the word that this was not division but national integration but failed. Narendra Modi was branded a separatist and a traitor. How is dividing parts of the country national integration? Isn't it only so for the splitters and the separators?

In Jammu and Kashmir, without any significant income other than tourism and was completely dependent on central aid, with the departure of Kashmir which had at least some income, Jammu took the stab. The central BJP government is now trying secretly to flow the money of the people of the other states lying with the central government to close this hole. In these two states and Ladakh, which were already completely dependent on central aid, the situation came into existence that now if they do not get central aid, they will become bankrupt like Pakistan lying just beyond and people's lives will be in chaos- a situation only an enemy will create on a people! The three lost their state status and became only territories and also lost their economic security- all in one single move from New Delhi. Welfare movements in other parts of India are suffering a huge decline due to this stupidity of Narendra Modi and RSS and their Hindu Rashtra mania, because the money meant for those states is now diverted and flowing into this political stupidity. Now the Indian people are suffering more than usual to feed these three newly created Union Territories. The figures for this are only going to come out from now onward.

With Kashmir being cut off and gone, trends seen and possibilities formed are that Jammu is likely to be cut off more. Poonch and Doda are yearning to separate from each other and walk separately. If the government increases and nourishes the existing tendency of cutting something into two into three, who is there to assure that then it will not be into six? Perhaps isn’t it their intention? Even India got this Kashmir only because the King Gulab Singh of Jammu purchased it from the British government in 1846 for 75 lakh rupees and the King of Jammu of the 1940s later was willing to join the Independent India Union under certain conditions. What it would have been if he had joined the Pakistan Union in 1947 or even sold it to Pakistan under other conditions? Will it be sold again by BJP by repeating history- to Pakistan China or Reliance? In Kashmir where no outsider had the right to buy land till then, wasn't it to the Reliance that the BJP first sold land by removing its special state status and opening up Kashmir as a real estate?

The same governor who was appointed to Kashmir by BJP during that controversial and critical times who was always with them, is now walking around professing that when the 2019 parliamentary elections came, it was to establish and prove that the Bharatiya Janata Party which was a seditive and divisive party at least as far as the united state of Jammu and Kashmir was concerned was actually not that but a national defensive party and to win the elections, finding no other way for it, that these spawns of darkness conspired and ignited anti-Pakistan Indian sentiments among the people by using more than 300 kilograms of explosives purportedly propagandized as to have come across the border as if from Pakistan- which they could not prove- and skillfully detonating it on the Jammu-Srinagar Highway on 14 February 2019 in Pulwama in Kashmir killing 199 Indian soldiers instantly, and that, like taking an equally terrorististic revenge, crossed the border and attacked Pakistan.

And that election that was held from 11 April 2019 to 19 May 2019 was won hot too- whatever the means used. Exactly five years later, under the impression that people have forgotten everything, seeing no other way to win the 2024 Parliament election also hot that way, they try to win that election by organizing on behalf of Pakistan an attack on Rajouri in Jammu, which is said to be heavily disciplined and defensive under the BJP rule, not on time but a little sufficiently earlier on the 1st and 2nd of January 2023, that too in the name of Pakistan which is economically wrecked to the roots, starving without resources even to feed its people and unable even to take care of its own internal affairs! What else do fraudsters continue doing but frauds- from whatever chairs they cling to?

When an election comes, people vote for a political party or a political front, they win with a good majority, and they govern the country or the state in a manner that never betrays their people, with the confidence that they have the full support of so many people. But what if a political party or front is fully aware that the people did not vote for them for any of the many reasons and they did not get the people’s mandate to form a government unless in a crooked way? As there is no other option, because there is no other way to move on, they will be in the opposition and work very hard to win back the trust of the people in the next election. This was the case in India until about 2016, the form of democracy until then in India. This changed in 2016. Many anti-democratic elements in political parties began to force Indian democracy into a new direction, an untoward and unprecedented one, and it became no more Indian democracy.

The reason for this change is not a lack of faith in democracy, lack of interest in democratic procedures, not even a lack of tolerance for both, of the RSS, BJP and the native Hindu corporates Reliance and Adani who rose up suddenly in Indian politics alighted on the wings of communal hatred and violence and who keep as their ultimate goals totally anti-democratic theocracy and corporate fascism, but their fusing together without cover on the calculation that it is time to fulfill their goal, and in the patent style of theocracy, corporatism and fascism, through intimidation, coercion, persuasion, threatening, using force and influence on the Election Commissions, Supreme Courts and Legislatures, Houses of Representatives and the bureaucracy of the country or through gifts and positions enticing, magnetizing and catching them and bringing them under control, starting the election subversive processes and finally making it permanent.

It can be said that the era of corporate election coups started in India with the election commission and the central government unilaterally agreeing to end the ballot paper and introduce electronic voting machines in a way profitable and beneficial to this political-theocorporate amalgam without the people ever asking for it anywhere anytime, and the Supreme Court’s upholding it. In fact, that only the Election Commission and the BJP have asked for the ballot paper to go and the voting machines to come itself is vexatious and reprehensible, suspicious. That move was their most concrete basic move to install a corporate theocracy. After that it was confirmed and became permanent and taken for granted that even if the people did not vote, they could win the elections and form governments using the existing scientific technologies.

Two governments thus formed were Narendra Modi's BJP government in 2019 at the center and the Marxist coalition government in the state of Kerala in 2021 with Pinarayi Vijayan as the chief minister. If we look at it logically, these two governments would never have been voted by the people due to the heavy corruption allegations and very cruel anti-people measures when they were in power just before that. When looked at in terms of power, it was possible without the people’s voting but with all the constitutional institutions which are the ones in the country to hold the electoral processes and install a government as members in their amalgamation, subverting the democracy of the republic in all moves, that is, whoever the people voted for, they could form governments. Overturning all the old concepts of coups after votes have fallen in the ballot box, it was a new system called pre-polling manipulation that they imposed on the Indian electoral process. Rejecting the people's objection to the electronic voting machines and their demand for bringing back ballot papers, with the Election Commission's forehand, it continues with the fist hand inherent in dictatorships and totalitarian theocracies, and they remain in power even if the people did not vote for them.

Swept away and flowing along with the new theo-corporate tide generated in the country, implementing unconstitutional procedures to install them all in rule, the Election Commission and Judiciary are all moving towards the single goal of Hindu Theocorparate rule. Their only fear is that if the people's clamor for the return of the ballot paper succeeds, the machines will go and their new masters- the BJP and the corporates- also with them, and all will be swept away from power and they too will be imprisoned for these anti-republican activities.

India is a nation that welcomed Plato, who some two thousand years ago fled from Athens in fear of powerful anti-learning enemies, and Christ, who fled from Jerusalem in fear of political enemies and murderer rulers, regardless of religion, caste, or country, and accepted them with open arms. Both of them did not even have a drachma in their purses except for the knowledge inside their heads when they came to India. Still, India sheltered them, educated them and sent them back to their native lands when it was time for them to continue their wars. The students of various countries, mostly poor, who came only in search of knowledge were given money and expenses, waived fees, and taught in the world-renowned ancient international universities at Nalanda and Takshashila where thousands of elephants and tens of thousands of horses were given to teachers for travel at the state’s expense, and were sent to recapture the world. Ancient India did not care about anyone's caste, religion, economic status or citizenship. After that, through time, how many thousands of refugees, including the Dalai Lama and his team who fled in fear of China arrived in India!

It was saying they will recreate this unforgettable and impressive ancient India that Reliance, BJP and Adani together created a new Hindu corporate India government by regularly saboteuring through elections without any democratic guilt, with corporate pleasure. After that the first thing they did was to threaten to open a National Register of Citizens to evict lakhs of people who sought asylums and were living in peace in India. And they did it too. Lakhs of people in India are living today in constant fear that they will be kicked out of their beloved Mother India. In such a way as to create such fear for the first time in the history of the country, are the brains of these aspiring rulers so small, narrow and malicious? Hasn’t Indianness ever not touched them, has it not even passed beside them even through a wind? Are these just narrow-minded, intolerant theocratic corpuscular bundles, religious pundtas, which walk around dressed up with sandal-signed foreheads and saffron-clad limbs?

The basic trait that ran through all these anti-republican actions was the hatred, anger, vehemence and animosity of having had to form government without anyone, including their closest, voting for them! The same hatred towards the people was seen in Narendra Modi's central BJP government's demonetization programme. Those who used to keep their meager day-to-day savings in pots, kitchen dug-ins, and closets wrapped up and saved, without knowing anything about this prohibition became bankrupt by overnight and their lives were ruined. It was again seen in the income tax reforms after which the tax revenue from people multiplied many times and that from corporates shrank drastically. When the administration came into the hands of those who have Hindutwa only in their names and the tails in their names denoting their castes, and who do not have it in their hearts, India finally became like this!

So, how many such cruel actions like these have not come from the central BJP government, which was angry with the people for not having voted for them! The exact same experiences like these were the ones experienced by the people of Kerala too from the Pinarayi Vijayan's Marxist party and its government, a serf party and government of the central BJP, which was born in the same way through the window and so was angry at the people. He joining with his children sold all the seas of the fishermen of Kerala and took money in America- an extreme act of hostility towards working people at par with and with permission from the central BJP Hindu extremist government.

It was just a beginning. Undaunted by the inaction of the central government in the above sea sale by a mere state administration, that too to a foreign entity with a track record of many illegal things, saying the world’s grandest Indian Railways is not enough for him and his party's drug trade and so he is building his own Kerala Rail, with the help of rogue police teams illegally entering people’s homes and planting huge yellow demarcation stones marked K-Rail all inside the people's homes, even in their kitchens and toilets and courtyards and vegetable gardens and access pathways making the lands and houses unable to be sold if and when needed, tried to confiscate ten thousands of acres of their precious cultivated land as his party did in the West Bengal and collapsed, and tried to sell it to foreign land traders through his family members.

He raised land, building, property and electricity and water taxes of the people many times for collecting money and going abroad with his wife, children, grand children and hordes of dummy officers at the state’s expense and spend lavishly- himself one who born in a poor family didn’t do any honest work in his life and earn a single honest rupee, all because the members and secretaries in the Central Committee and the State Committee of his Marxist Party, a supposedly Communist party, became vegetables. Thousands of party workers and dummy leaders who do no jobs in their life but live by exploiting the people are lying hanging and swaying on the tail of this family corruption ring like dumb owls.

That's BJP's new India! In India, where freedom of worship is said to be mentioned in the law books and protected, it is the judiciary that decides and says for the government how to worship gods other than Hindu gods, and sons of gods, and what should be the rules of worship and what are to be the rituals, that it is the state's right to judge and decide these. Then they go and wash their hands and sit in high chairs with self-assumed purity, like gentlemen, asking themselves whether they have not dispensed justice. It is to be remembered here that it is from the judiciary which in the pre-BJP era firmly believed that the Fundamental Right to Freedom of Conscience and Religion is protected under Article 25 of the Constitution that this wavering happens. It is from a judiciary that held that unless a religious practice violates fundamental rights, like the Triple Talak, it cannot be struck down, and that religion is a matter of faith and not of logic, that these infirm observations and orders are coming now.

The BJP and the Marxist Party are running around to bottle up the Christians in Kerala. The Bharatiya Janata Party, which is itself Hindu-fascist, has no traditions other than hunting Christians across the country, burning missionaries and pastors, and beating and in other ways persecuting nuns. But despite ruling India twice consecutively, not a single priest or bishop who knows his calling has joined their party, except for a few rejects and a few who depend on foreign donations for their sustenance. In the wake of 2024 when the parliamentary elections are held, fearing they will no longer win except through electronic voting machines, but fearing also that if they win this time too in this way the news of this method of winning and falsehood will eventually come out and their winning may even be nullified, they are running around in Kerala to net a few Christians to prove that it was due to Christians voting en-mass for them that they won. They also got a few bishops in net who were traitors to the clan for this.

With many things behind them from the rape of parishioners' daughters to black money laundering and private foreign financial deals, it can be said that the fraudsters in the church were easily accessible and capturable for the BJP. Through them, a new party is now being formed in Kerala as a constituent party of the BJP’s alliance. These renegade churches and bishops, who have a history of Judas, treason, thirty silver coins and backstabbing, forget the terrible communal riots in Gujarat and cooperate with BJP, and have no shock at all in teaming up with them. And in the hands of the Marxist party, who are ideologically anti-Christian, there are not just individuals but whole Churches and Dioceses of clan traitors, to ring bells and lay beds for them.

Upon a verdict of the Supreme Court, in some places in Kerala, a terrible clash is going on between different sects of the same Christian religion regarding possession of churches and properties. There are also many other issues originated from the apex authority in Rome itself, regarding the method of worship. These have been going on for some time and tormenting the peace-loving community of Christians. One of the main though mundane issues now is, if the priest is to show his hind part to the people and worship, or to show it to the God and worship! This conflict is really to capture churches, mosques, colleges, convents, hospitals and related institutions and other properties which are the routes the money comes in for them primarily and to worship in their own way secondarily.

One verdict is that there should be unification in the way of worship and Qurbana of both the sects, i.e. unified mass. The stance of the ruling Marxist Party and their government which runs the Kerala administration is, let them fight among themselves and die, or let them all come together and vote for them. The same is the position of the ruling BJP at the centre. None of them said that the judiciary should not interfere in religious matters and worship practices. The Supreme Court also did not think that if it does not interfere with Hindu worship, it will not interfere with Christian worship.

Satyapal Malik was a loyalist of the BJP who was the governor of Jammu and Kashmir during the turbulent period of fourteen months from August 2018 to October 2019 and who witnessed the Pulwama terror attack in February 2019 and the bifurcation of Jammu and Kashmir in the hands of the BJP in August 2019. He revealed a lot of things that he claimed he hid in his official capacity as governor for and to save the faces of the BJP Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the National Security Advisor of the BJP Ajit Doval, in an interview with Karan Thapar of The Wire. He gave the interview and revealed these things on the assumption and firm belief that though as a former governor, according to the Official Secrecy Act, he is obliged to keep many secrets, the corruptions and failures of the government are not official secrets, and he is not obligated to keep them.

Four years after the BJP government came to power in 2016, a time when the people throughout the country were boiling with anger in 2019 against the BJP government when BJP brought all the people’s money to banks from their homes through demonetization and digitization of all transactions, said they were liberally taken away by gangs who accessed them online by operating from even as far distant countries as Nigeria, and people began to suspect that if the two gangs weren’t the same, and the BJP and its prime minister stood worried and frightened as to how they could win the next elections held in less than a year, and if the people won’t detect they had donated and gifted what remained in banks as people’s money to the Reliance and Adani Corporations!

A car full of three hundred kilos of Cyclotrimethylin Nitramine with high explosive power known in different names as the Royal Demolition Explosive, the Research Department Explosive and in short RDX, surfaces in India near the India-Pakistan border which the top brass of the central BJP and the central security forces said were closed and sealed and not even a fly could pass through, and roams through the villages and towns of Kashmir which were said to be under constant and heavy security and strict surveillance and guarding and inspection for not less than twelve days in search of its target. On 14 February 2019, this car, which had been roaming around for two weeks, crashed through a side road into an army bus in the middle of a military convoy of 78 vehicles with 2500 soldiers that left Jammu at half past three in the morning and was moving through the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway 44 to reach Srinagar by sunset- one of the most foolish convoys in the history of the Indian Army, killing 40 soldiers instantly in that collision and explosion.

The highest number of soldiers killed was from Uttar Pradesh and the convoy had soldiers from the states from Rajasthan to Kerala too- soldiers from sixteen states. Although the incident took place generally in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama District, it happened exactly at a place called Latapura, a famous saffron-growing center and educational hub (22 schools- the old Lalit Pura!) on the banks of the Jhelum River, 21 km from Srinagar on the Jammu-Srinagar National Highway. It was not a foreigner who was also killed in the blast but a young man who was a native of this Latapura.

The next day, on 15 February 2019, answering the natural question of how is a terrorist born and how he forms a grudge and why he develops animosity towards the Indian Army, the international media, including Reuters, reported that had that terrorist when he was a boy on the way from school had not been caught with his friends and beaten up and rubbed his nose on the road by the Indian Army, saying the boy pelted stones at them, this untoward incident later would not have happened. It was one of the former governor’s questions too- isn't it Delhi that decides the policies and runs the affairs of Kashmir from afar created the terrorists?

When while receiving warnings continuously for several days that there would be a terrorist attack on Indian soldiers, on a road 266 kilometers long with 12 intersections where byroads join and without keeping a single person anywhere on road for surveillance and security, will anyone plan and organize a military vehicle road convoy of this length with 2500 soldiers and a 16 hour duration rather than airlifting them, except for deliberately subjecting them to a terrorist attack on the way? That was why people said on that day that this was a betrayal of the nation by Modi and BJP to win the next election.

It was revealed that the Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had been asked for five helicopters to fly the soldiers safely, but they were not given. Not because helicopters weren't available or because they aren't normally used to drop troops- just to leave the troops open for terrorist attack! His job is Bharatiya Janata Party’s Union Homeland Security Minister!!

The National Investigation Agency ruled on the same day that it was impossible for this much and this type of explosives to cross the border and it was organized in-house. The same was said in their charge sheet filed in August 2020- that the source of which was yet to be identified. But, in spite of these details coming out, unable to finish the political move that they got started, BJP ordered troops on 26 February 2019 to enter Pakistan with warplanes and attack Balakot, and made a political gain to win the next election. Pakistan rulers also secured the same political gain- as if the politicians from both countries played together. The governments in both countries won the elections- the one on account of attacking Balakot, and the other in the name of resisting the attack on Balakot- mutual understanding and tacit agreement! The Army Chief of Staff, immediately after the revelations of the former Governor came out condemned this, after his retirement in April 2023 of course, and confessed that it was Narendra Modi and the BJP government responsible, meaning it was not a military decision but a political decision.

Until 2016 when the Bharatiya Janata Party came to power in India the activists and terrorists in Kashmir were mainly foreigners, including those from Pakistan. Political Kashmir, which had been fuming and simmering till then, was filled with home-grown extremists and terrorists with the rise of this ultra-Hinduist communal party to power. It is clear that this was because India has created a government that the people of Kashmir have no faith in. The number of Kashmiri youth diametrically opposed and clashing with the army has increased. Many of them became even suicidal killers and human bombs. In the years 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019, there have been many clashes between these insurgents and the army. The international media say that the Pakistan army and the Pakistan government both of them were getting weaker due to the tug of war between them all these years.

Both the Government of Pakistan and the Pakistan Army thus lost the ability to launch attacks against India. As it is such, in this way, the fingers of blame in the Pulwama attack of 2019 turned towards the Government of India itself instead of turning towards the Government of Pakistan as had been in earlier times. But then there were no evidences and revelations at that time, though many predicted they will sure come out someday, but for the first time in 2023, it came from the very person who was the National Vice President of the BJP itself and their own governor in Kashmir. The former governor said that fifty percent of the total trouble in Kashmir is the trouble in Kashmir and fifty percent is the trouble in Delhi, which decides the policies and runs the affairs of Kashmir from a distance.

To make those two governments, the total cost of these two governments was 300 kilos of RDX and one car and the lives of forty Indian soldiers in Pulwama and the lives of many Pakistani soldiers in Balakot! Now after four years, what the revelations and evidence coming out in this way through a head of state who has the most credibility and trustworthiness in these matters say is that that was what the two nation heads planned and organized these two attacks in Pulwama and Balakot for, without the knowledge of the people- two administrations who are jointly carrying out terrorist activities in the name of Islam and Hinduism to win the elections!

If asked if the Prime Minister was aware of it, or even involved in it, it is as like his political serf and dependent Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan who ruled intelligence, vigilance, police and crime branch departments for four years says he did not know the whole people around him in his office were going abroad and smuggling gold and dollar, the Prime Minister Modi who had the Central Intelligence, the Research and Analysis Wing and the Military Intelligence under his control for more years trying to explain away that he knew nothing. What kind of Prime Ministers and Chief Ministers are these? That Kerala Chief Minister even said that he didn't even know dollar sacks were taken from his home and were accompanying him abroad in his own trips!

Regarding the death of forty soldiers in the terrorist attack in Pulwama, what the former Governor of Kashmir has revealed is that the Prime Minister is being fed with half-information, misinformation and lies about various matters, including matters that directly affect national security and foreign relations. To whom do they give the full knowledge then- to Reliance and Adani and Pakistan? The information that has come out regarding this is that it was to Pakistan which planned and implemented this operation that the Indian officials gave more information than to their Prime Minister Modi. Now they themselves say that the complete information about the movement of troops was in the hands of the terrorists and nothing was in the hands of the Prime Minister. Why and how did the kingdom hand him over? What gave the country? Why and how it happened that this country handed over to him?

What the former governor Satya Pal Malik told The Wire was that if Narendra Modi says even a word about or against Adani, Adani will topple BJP's government in a minute, that is, it will be discredited and dismantled. If it is Adani who has fully borne the election expenses and Reliance has completely organized the rigging of the voting machines, then all the MPs of BJP, including Narendra Modi, belong to Adani and Reliance and are owned by them, their property. If so, why can't they discredit or dismantle this government! In any case, Narendra Modi has not said a word till now against or about Adani. What the former governor said is so true!!

What the former Governor revealed in this interview with Karan Thapar of The Wire was that the appointment of the President, who is the first citizen, is not done now without the clearance of the office of the Prime Minister, who is only the second citizen, that this foremost authority of the country is not even allowed to meet anyone without the permission of the Prime Minister and is just a puppet of the Prime Minister. The cold reactions among them indicate that the other politicians in the other parties in today's India are walking around without the ability and consciousness to even understand that this is a political crisis for the country.

He was the governor of the states of Bihar, Jammu and Kashmir, Goa and Meghalaya for five years from 2017 to 2022 after BJP coming to rule. Between 1980 and 2012, he was a Rajya Sabha member from Uttar Pradesh, a Lok Sabha member and the National Vice President of the BJP. Were also an MLA of the Farmers’ Party of Chowdhari Charan Singh and the general secretary of Lok Dal. He is a BSc and LLB graduate. Why should those who believe the words of Narendra Modi, who is comparatively lower, not believe his words?

Although the full version of this news video in Hindi and partly in English is at hand, the other serious issues dealt with in that interview are not intended to be gone into here, although every citizen should discuss them. It is better for them to remember that if you close your eyes, the realities in front of your eyes will not disappear!

Many of the things mentioned here were not discussed in that interview, but are the result of this author's evaluations and observations on what were in that interview.
