How will we, the Life Mission People of Kerala, account the twenty crores, nineteen crores, eleven crores, nine crores, four crores and three crores of rupees from the UAE?

When the royal union of UAE through the local branch of the International Red Cross there- the Red Crescent-, during the period of the severe flood disaster in Kerala, rising on top of the international players through the influence of a number of foreign businessmen who are actually running the government of Kerala, like a government absurdity, decided to finance construction of a poor people’s housing flat complex in Vadakkamcheri in Trissur through the governmental agency the Life Mission Project of Kerala and released thorough the UAE’s embassy in India and the regional consulate in Kerala an amount of twenty crore rupees, notably after the Kerala Government accepting and approving the plan and proposal for the same project already submitted earlier by the famous low-cost housing manufacturer Habitat in Kerala and releasing the administrative sanction and funds also from the treasury for the same, it is clear from the evidence that has come out today that out of that twenty crores of rupees they had a compulsion that four crore rupees should be returned to the royal administration there in cash, and that too in converted dollars, from the Kerala’s ruling team. And they got it too the same way. (Let it stand there for the time being what happened to the fund first allocated and released by the Government of Kerala and who took it away).
Knowing the nature of Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan, they knew in advance that Pinarayi Vijayan who spends that money and makes things possible at the Kerala end would demand the same amount of money as due the UAE who allows money at the foreign end. Besides, they knew the Chief Minister’s Principal Government Secretary Shivshankar's commission one crore rupees and a total of three crores more rupees for the various other IAS IPS officers and ruling and opposition politicians and other individuals in the shade would also be demanded from the Kerala end in addition. How will they be royalty and kings if they knew not! Thus, in total, out of that twenty crore rupees, four crore rupees at the source and four, three and seven crore rupees at the receiving end had to be handed over and divided as bribes, corruption and embezzlement.
But when it came to that, a total of eleven crore rupees out of the twenty crore rupees would have been cut. Apart from that, doesn’t Santhosh Eepan, who constructs the complex as the contractor who subverted and substituted the popular and famous Habitat as the contractor after this clandestine intervention of three governments, also get something? Shouldn’t he who does all the manual labour in this also get at least two cores as profit- just ten percent of the publicized project cost and the total amount involved? And so a skeleton of two hundred houses worth exactly seven crore rupees is standing there- a remnant of the collaborative corruption of the Kerala, Central and the UAE Governments, in Vadakkamcheri, still. Are they not three governments that ought to have monitored the movement of every Dollar, Dirham and Rupee and accountable for the spending of each?
The UAE regime also knew from the very beginning that if 20 crores of rupees were allocated, according to agreed-upon proportion, only seven crores worth of buildings would be built in Vadakkamcheri. Because of the lack of faith in Pinarayi Vijayan and because of their faith in his greed, only nineteen crores out of those twenty crores were released through this Red Cross agency via their Consulate in Trivandrum. They seized that one crore as theirs right at the source. After receiving these funds in Kerala, three crores of rupees were illegally converted into dollars by the corrupt parties in Kerala with the help of the central BJP and returned to UAE through the officials of the Trivandrum Consulate of UAE, especially through their special attaché. It reached safely there through diplomatic channels and nothing was heard of in UAE or anywhere else about this special attaché of theirs since.
Thus, for us the Life Mission People of Kerala, the figure of four crores of the UAE administration’s and their industrial and business commission agents here and there has thus been accounted. We don't know whether Pinarayi Vijayan took his four crores and buried it inside his official residence the Cliff House, or brought it back abroad to the real estate business through his controversial usual business investor Faris Aboobakar. It is enough to know that the people there who collected that money and sent it to the flooded neck-broken Kerala as donation through Red Cross lost it: our job is only to account and balance the amounts!
So the accounting of our four crores is right and over, and the total of seven plus four plus four equaling fifteen crores of rupees was also correct! As far as seeing the skeleton of that building standing there in its present state, and stage, the builder, Santosh Eepan, has made a profit of considerably more than two crores of rupees, but we account for only two, subtracting only two from the total. So the calculation of seventeen crore rupees was correct. We also know that the ED seized one crore rupees from Shiv Shankar's accountant’s locker, which is only Shiv Shankar's share. Thus, a total amount of eighteen crore rupees has become accountable so far. Now there is only two crores worth of attractions. When it was distributed among the Chief Minister’s favourite officers like U V Jose, C M Ravindran, party secretaries, ruling Marxist party’s state committee members, lower level officials, and secretariat staff association leaders, each of them got only a meager and ungenerous amount... just under ten lakhs.....!
The mega plan and project was to bring sponsors from abroad for all life mission housing projects everywhere in the state like the one in Vadakkamcheri in Trissur, get the government to release own funds for them all, and then skim away simultaneously what comes from abroad and what government allocates and releases too, which was the long-cherished and original dream of the chief minister and his party’s and his ruling front’s leadership, so that they can divide it equally among them. It all fell apart at once with a one-time arrest of the Chief Minister’s Principal Secretary and the confiscation by the Indian Customs of the twenty-first part of the regular gold smuggling through the same diplomatic bags of the same UAE Regional Consulate through the Trivandrum airport. But the dream remained. Now they pass it through not one airport but all airports in Kerala.
When prominent print and TV media in Kerala like Kerala Kaumudi, Malayala Manorama, Mathrubhumi, Deshabhimani, Kairali, Asianet and many other online media outlets and the many political observer absurdities in them, the central economic crimes investigation agencies like the Enforcement Directorate, and the three governments including the Kerala, Central, and the UAE and their chief ministers and finance ministers, adding footnotes that the people are seeing everything, the people are aware of everything, and the people will reject everything, present before the people continuously up and down, across and along, as news and news evaluations and personal comments and also affidavits in courts, that it was twenty crores rupees, nineteen crores, eleven crores, nine crores, four crores and three crores- never-agreeing figures- that was brought from the UAE to Kerala under the Flood Relief Fund and stolen from, and we people who have no part or involvement in any of these go to them with the question ‘you needn’t elaborate too much but all you have to do is tell us how much each of you got out of it’, it’s when the Kerala Crime Branch and other branches of police take series of conspiracy cases against us, saying we tried to sabotage their government, and molested the angel that’s their chief minister, fearing and wondering how the many things their masters hid came out. So the people do not go and ask anything, and nor is there anyone in Kerala today to go and ask.
But as a result of their collective efforts, i.e. the people’s efforts which attained a sense of purpose after the knowledge that there was no one else to ask questions and seek answers in government dealings, especially on funds brought as donations from foreign countries, as a result of the action of People's Vigilance, every piece of ‘information’ that was hidden to the extreme by the power lords of the police and the government is coming out. It was to prevent such exposure that they had been running across the state taking conspiracy cases against people for so long! What’s coming out now as ‘information’ as occasionally leaked from the police and others in the administration in these pieces and bits of revelations is that ‘it was based on ‘information’ received by investigation agencies that investigations have been strengthened, raids have been conducted, documents have been seized, people have been arrested, cases have been registered, etc, etc’. It was also from this ‘information’ coming out from the police that the 'people' mentioned here also had taken the statistics of the corruption and crime going on in the state under the guard of the police. Today all people know that economics is that branch of science to be studied by every citizen for not being cheated by economists! So they too watch and check where each rupee in the state’s exchequer comes from and goes to. That's it!
Never let the Kerala Crime Branch hear that there was an inter-governmental conspiracy as stated here! Even now they are sitting tired and weak after running across the country for the Kerala CM and Marxist leader Pinarayi Vijayan's ruling team and family, taking hundreds of conspiracy cases against the people, against whoever raised a word or criticism against the said CM, and unable to prove a conspiracy in any of them. Many of the cases are that the conspiracy was carried out by one man singly because not a second person could be found! Conspiracy cases are their byword today.
But, it is not that some people in the Kerala Crime Branch, who are keen and excited to take conspiracy cases against people, do not know that there has been an ideal inter-governmental conspiracy good and ripe with all the signs, symptoms, and abundant in evidential resources to take case against, but they know if they lay their hands on it, or even think about laying their hands on it, nothing of theirs would be left remaining. That's why they walk away drooling- wishing someone would come up with other new conspiracy clues to chew on!
