The SNC Lavalin corruption case in the Supreme Court for stealing some 356 crore rupees from the state exchequer which pinned the Kerala Marxist faction leader and Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan is a symbol of the BJP Prime Minister Narendra Modi's spinelessness, opportunism in anti-corruption, general lawlessness and his thirst for Hindu Rashtra which is behind all his policies and legislations- he doesn’t like to eliminate the only and obedient BJP Chief Minister in the South India! By April 2024 this Lavalin electricity corruption case has been made to be adjourned by the Supreme Court for the fifty-sixth or so time to save the neck of this Marxist-clad Hindu Rashtra BJP Chief Minister in Kerala.

This is a world record in terms of corruption settlement and reconciliation between two political parties and exchange of votes in elections. No judiciary or appellate court in the world has ever feigned ignorance in any corruption case being adjourned this many times without coming before them for examination or trial. The Hindu Rashtra BJP and the Marxist Party have not been able to offer any explanation except that the Central Bureau of Investigation who filed the case on the firm belief in writing that a corruption has taken place is not appearing before the apex court and is absenting themselves for years. The blindfolded Supreme Court bench also has not been able to acknowledge either that such an exercise is going on in front of them, making the whole world laugh.

Because it was made clear even in the 1940s during India’s epic freedom struggle against the British that the Hindu Rashtra activists are all spineless, though walking wielding swords in peace time now but was timid to suffer body pain and die fighting against the British like the Congress did in the freedom struggle in turbulent times then, against the imperialist British who were very strong militarily, were heavily armed and also very brilliant and courageous and mature and ripen minds when compared to the timorous and coy RSS and the Hindu activist factions they led, so wrote an apology to the British and ran away saving their lives, no further discussion of their national treachery and cowardice are made here.

It was because the then Hindu activists and the present-day Theo-political ruling party BJP’s godmother Rashtriya Swayamsevaka Samgham (RSS) were not present and abstained themselves from participating in the heroic uprisings against the British jointly led by the Indian National Congress and the Muslim League of India that they did not have a say or role in things when India became independent and Pakistan was born and though India’s partitioned kid sister state Pakistan became a Muslim state India did not become a Hindu state but under the leadership of the rest of the leaders in the forefront decided to become a secular democratic republic. Today the Indian people excluding the RSS, the BJP, the disintegrated Marxist Party factions and the corporate Hindus alongside them who had no part in its making know how to protect it as the same secular democratic state.

Today, by sabotaging old school and university text books and writing new ones and reiterating that there was no freedom struggle in India, that the British never came to India, and that the Hindu nation activists never escaped from taking a role in freeing the country, are Narendra Modi, the broken pieces of the Marxist Party with him, and the Hindu theocratic factions on their front and back, fighting with the world’s history archives in the Muslim, Christian and Neutral countries? Or are they going to write a new capsule and bury it on Mars or in the trenches of the Atlantic Ocean as someone once did?

In the case filed by the West Bengal government, the central BJP government submitted in writing to the Calcutta High Court that the CBI is not under their control! Then under whose control are they? In the political history of India, the CBI has never known to be independent and autonomous. Or are they acting without anyone's control such as can be influenced by the Lavalin case defendant’s owner-capitalists and foreign crowds like the SNC-Lavalin? Like the Supreme Court etc., if a self-appointed CBI is functioning in India as an independent constitutional institution with its own salary means and not under anyone’s control, how it happened should be investigated.
